if it were a different substance oh say heroin or opiates or benzo's, then it would be an on going crisis.

but the scene that keeps repeating itself with the most frequency...is accidents involving alcohol, car accidents, walking/stumbling/falling accidents/alcohol-poisoning(overdose)

The substance that is most definitely the most impairing,and the most likely to cause you and others harm.
but its legal....and has restriction sure but when you look at the big picture...there is no comparison top be made with cannabis. none. IMO
