Good Luck with everything. Once again, if anyone has a problem, please use the ticket.
Good luck using "the ticket". My one and only experience with BONZA was problematic at best. I used the ticket and it took 7 days to get my first response from Lilly and it didn't make any sense. I asked the question again and got the same exact response back. Tried a third time, impossible to get a reasonable response from these people.

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY... JUST A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS!!

Damn thats fucked up.

Did you give up on resolving that problem?

Yea it was like beating my head against the wall trying to get them to answer straight forward questions about an order. I just gave up. And, It's frustrating to see the @thebonzaseedbank rep, David, telling people to use "the ticket" if they have a problem when many of us have, only to add to our frustration.

If anyone needs help finding a help finding a good seedbank PM me. I have ordered from many seed banks and BONZA is the only bank I would warn people to stay away from. Substrate genetics was also a problem but he's no longer..

Hey Bonza, you have always done right by me and have no complaints thus far.
A fuck you to whoever was questioning your illness.(Karma's a bitch)
Keep fighting the good fight.
No 1 is questioning his sickness, just the premature seeds they try to pass off as legit bodhi gear...
DO they send you free premature seeds to defend them?lol

The amount of excuses from this joke of a company is laughable.

Well, I live in the states so I don't work right next to them in a office. As far as business done with my absence, I can't really speak about that. They have been dealing with a lot of issues. If you want me to be open, here it is.

When I first applied, was I a little skeptical, of course I was. After meeting my co-workers at Bonza, they are real people that are sincere and have a lot on their plates.
You could only imagine running a business, where you run into constant problems with banks, customers, etc. I'm not saying its an excuse to treat your customers badly or without respect but we are doing our best hearing what the people want. Actually, what do you guys want? Do you want a bigger selection, do you want an easier way to put in a complaint? I have seen the compaints, but what will make your experience better so we don't run into problems.

I have other jobs I work with and I wanted to get into the cannabis industry. Bonza employees are stand-up. You guys may find that hard to believe but I haven't met more nicer people that treat me well and with respect.

Maybe I should start a thread to address all issues right now. Lets just get down to it and take the bulls by the horn. Its better to confront all these issues now and to stop the little complaint here and there.

David
Customers want an experience that doesn't require complaints...

Received my first Bonza order this morning, having only ordered on Monday morning. Impressed with speed of delivery, and unexpected stealth packaging - considering with their current discounts and a rollitup discount code they were the cheapest for the seeds I wanted by far, and I opted for the free shipping I am very impressed.

As for all the people asking for a piece of breeder packaging with their seeds, that proves nothing. I could stick pieces of breeder pack with some hemp seeds, and you wouldn't know until you grow. Perhaps bigger seedbanks work out cheaper deals with breeders to buy in bulk without costly packaging and marketing materials. It would be a win-win for breeder and seedbanks, and they could then pass savings onto the consumer.

Bonza's packaging is top notch, and not cheap. I reckon their seedpods would be better for long term seed storage than a ziplock bag too. It's dark, rigid and breathes. I've yet to grow out the seeds, but nothing has put me off buying from them again.

Why would I be butthurt? I don't use pick'n'mix sites.
You can't tell for sure what you have is legit tangie cross.

Pictures are great, but we can't smell pictures so it's not proving much other than your seed germinated. Did it come from a breeder pack? How do you know for certain it legit?

A strain you've never smoked/grown before and you know it's real deal before even smoking the first bud...lmfao

Excatly why I shop bonza. I provided a link to verify genetics in my grow journal. If your butt hurts so b it lol
Your grow journal doesn't verify anything except you know how to grow a mj plant.
There are different pheno of Tangie, so pictures aren't enough to know for sure.

I posted this in another thread a little while back when Bonza came up in the discussion.
, figured Id paste it here where it belongs. I snagged some Bodhi strains, Blue Tara, and Tranquil elephantizer, along with five Tut from pyramid.
Below is my old review of my first and last order.

Just got my first Bonza order , delivered as ordered. No freebies . ordered during the 50% off deal, which in the end their half off price and shipping was not really as good a deal as it sounded. still spent $160 for two and a half packs of beans. Got the beans but not a deal.

example Bodhi strains have two prices depending on strain.

$9.03 per bean is the Bonza price which brings a pack of 11 to $99.33.
or
$11.55 per bean is the Bonza price which brings a pack of 11 to $127.05. Plus shipping.

Not good when I can buy any bodhi strain for $77 from GLG AND get quality freebies.
