you should get another one man. id get one thaT was a little older than the one you had though. dont touch it for a year or 2 just let it grow then trim it and make it a proper bonsai. not that the one you had wouldnt have become one.

I have two Banyan Tree seedlings that are a couple weeks old now. Will be transplanting them into bonsai pots and attempting to bonsai from seed... :-) Will post some pics if I can remember to grab the camera one day.

They're absolutely stunning in my opinion when they're mature bonsais... Example HERE

gypsie your nuggets look fuckin SICK!! theyre all gooey lookin n just mmmmmmmMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM BITCH!!! lol, man i wanna eat um.

N that banzai could very well be real, it just looks too perfect, u know what i mean? n the stem just looks more barky than cannabis to me, thats all. I never seen a pot stem like that before, n thats why i called bullshit on that one. If it IS real, i would love to grow like 40 of them fuckers in my tent - lord knows theyd fit, lol.

Well K1ng, it could be... I guess....

Look at how thick my stems are... and how short my plants are... put that into proportion and mine would be 4 to 5 times thicker... and probably more woody than green....

But... it could be a fake... someone could very easily photoshop something like that... but I would like to believe that since this is a "real" cannabis forum... and not a computer enhanced photography forum... that it would be real...

Though... it would be nice of krunkpot to reveal the source of the image... reality or the "matrix"...

Krunk... you up...!!! lol...

I hope it's real... I hope it's real... I hope it's real... I hope it's real... I hope it's real... I hope it's...

Well... here are a few more shots of my Bonsai garden...

...and now for some size reference...

The whole tray is 12" x 18"...

Biggest plant, today, measures 6" tall by 13" wide...

.. and here is the bic lighter...

:leaf: ...a few more just for good measure... lol...:weed:

:eyesmoke:

..and here is where it all started...

The plane and it's precious cargo...

First day at home...

Sorry to plug it all up with a bunch of photos, but there's not many places I can be proud of my miniatures...lol ...

What do you think?..

Here is my experiment bonsi- BONSI ON A ROCK.........
Under the soil is a rock.... plant has been placed over the top and filled in..... Each month Ill take alittle bit more soil.... Eventually the roots will run down the rock into soil below... Fully exposing the root and base of tree on top of the rock.....

Been going for about 4mths that one!

Getting there SLOWLY......

Gypsy those are the coolest little bud bearers ever! You have to keep us updated on how it goes. It looks like you're going to have quite the yield from that little forest.

its from google
Dude almost NOTHING is "from google". That picture comes from a gallery of bonsai plants posted at The Art of Bonsai Project. I linked directly to the Halloween '07 gallery that this picture is listed in. It appears to be a legit photo.

If you want to see some FREAKIN AWESOME bonsai pictures check that site out. Some really cool shots in the '06 gallery too, there is a link from the '07 page.

I topped this plant very early and kept her tied down for a while. The main stem split into 4. I thought it was all done. But she bounced back and grew strong. I trimmed her to look sort of like a bonsai. She's just over 12" tall and will yield over an ounce of awesome bud. 2 weeks left!!:leaf:

I had thought bonsai works better with woodier types of plants and slow growing, but pot plants are not as "woody" and relatively fast growing, are there pot varieties that are real slow growers?? I have friends that are awesome bonsai growers. Dave
