Why wont you actually answer any of the questions hmmm? Yes i'm new to this forum but have been around cannabis cultivation for years, and have been growing on my own for almost a year. I have a question about the dream lotus. In the description it says both indica and sativa cuts of blue dream. Does this mean he used two different females when he pollinated this batch or is it just a reference to the different phenos?

I have an 11 pack of the dream lotus, just waiting to finish the roadkill unicorn !

How does this stuff compare to djs azure haze? Anyone grown both?

two moms and the seeds are mix from both plants.

@ Fresh 2 Death - Thanks for the confirmation about the dream lotus, I figured it meant two moms, thanks!

@checkdareplay - I haven't finished the RKU just yet. I bought two packs of the RKU but only popped six seeds to start. Mine are barely past the seedling stage so I haven't developed an opinion just yet.

My Dream Lotus are in week 3 of flower and starting to smell really good. I'm horrible at describing flavors and smells, but it's very good. I did have 1 hermie, and I highly doubt it was a mistake on my part seeing as how this is the healthiest bitchin crop I have grown... but not worried as long as no others hermie.

In my case, the plant started showing male and female sex immediately... as opposed to developing male stamen several weeks into flower. It actually was showing male first and when I was about to trash it a couple days later, I noticed pistils.

I just had 4 more dream lotus sprout for me, have one in my flower room at about 5 weeks. Love the smell and look of the bud coming in, excited to smoke. Have you been trying to drop your temps to get her blue/purp? I'm hoping for a cold week, pretty sure a couple are coming next week. Trying to get it to 60/61, at about 63/64 right now at night.

I wish I could, I keep ambient temps in my apartment at 75-78* so that's not happening. I might experiment with throwing them in the fridge after harvest, but most likely I will be smoking green bud. Which is cool with me, the most important thing for me is high, and then smoothness of the smoke (I hate harsh cough shit). Bag appeal is nice, but completely secondary to me.

I'm due for more pics and another update, but here's mine. The rootballs are starting to fill my 5g buckets.

I took a good look and... pretty sure they are calaxys without pistils. I thought they were balls, but they are small and not getting any bigger really.



tl;dr - I haven't confirmed a hermie.

I was in the same boat as you guys going back and forth on a couple of them wondering wtf I was seeing. Thought at first that I had 8 females and this morning I confirmed that 3 of those were in fact herms under 18/6 veg lighting. I don't have a history of growing herms, disappointed and chopping them down as I am not playing that game. Has me highly suspect of the other 5 but wont dont know til they grow out, can only hope for the best. I blame the nuts on the god damn Blueberry influence with its fucking Thai in it! Did 2 packs of Dutch Passion Blueberry 10 years ago and that was fun, all sorts of weird shit came outta those beans, lol. We shall see what happens here but the reports do seem to be true based on my experience.

Final count of 11 dream lotus beans: 4fem 3male 1herm 3 eaten by cat.

Its been 3 weeks now since I switched to 12/12. Digging the buds so far.

I'm sure this has already been addressed but if you can't find any grows or journals on Bodhi's strains, then your definitely looking in the wrong places. All of his strains are tested and approved before being dropped. If I were you I'd do a little research before talking crap about a breeder you obviously know nothing about.

All this hermie talk has me less excited to pop my dream lotus, probably go with Tigers milk and serious bubble gum next
