Do you mean SCROG? SOG and SCROG are different methods of growing, so I'm not sure which you mean, but I'm guessing SCROG :P

I've never even considered SCROG, mainly because I haven't came to the conclusion on how to train the plant through the screen. I've seen people get amazing results, did they just put all the leaves above the screen?

I chose to Fim because it resulted in me getting five fat tops rather than just one. I dont mean to brag, but just look at what I have in just eight weeks. And you'll lose your mind when I put up the newer shots.

I found that in order to use the SCRoG technique requires patience in the END Product...if yur all about how your plant looks NOW, and treat them like yur babies, then you might find that attempting a ScrOG...will be very stressful on YOU...lol. iMO anyways.
