Blue Ryder 3 days till 8 weeks, how much longer till I swing the axe?(indoor CFL LED)

I think about another week till I chop her, anyone harvest this strain or Lowryder strain before, .......my first grow as well :bigjoint: Don't have a microscope, thinkin about scanning it in on mah scanner at 2400 DPI to check out the trich's...

I harvested my Blue Ryders at 8 weeks due to some circumstances, but I would have definitely given it 9 or maybe even 10 weeks. I actually have one going right now that's at least 6 or 7 weeks old (forgot to write down when it sprouted) and it's got at least another 2-3 weeks. I would wait till the majority of the hairs are 3/4 brownish/reddish.

Thanks DOOL, I got a 2nd plant goin' 2, a kandy kush x skunk to help me keep my mind of off harvestin the blueryder..... And about 1/4 of her hairs are oranging/browning...so ya I'll go another week or 2 b4 I cure her. How was the smoke report on ur blue bongmarley2009???

I know it's hard to be patient. As for a smoke report, it was my first grow ever so it was the best. Haha. I harvested early and it had a half head/half body high feeling to it. Real relaxing and easy to move around on. The one I have right now is going to be 2x better though. Can't wait.

So...today is 8 weeks for Ms. Blueryder, I cut 3 large branching buds off to cure since about 1/4 of the trichs are amber, mostly cloudy which is the type of hi I prefer, sometimes...going to let the main cola get about 50-50 amber trichs b4 I chop her down completely. Question :: Will my plant go into shock for the 3 buds I clipped, and if so how long for her to recover?

Yeh probably, might not grow for a day or two, nothing to worry about, it will forgive you :)

Thanks for all the input fellas...I'm gonna get about 3/4 a Z out of my 1st grow so I'm stoked :) Next time I'm gonna grow 6-8 lowryder varieties cause I f'in love the 8 week auto-flower finishing time, and the smoke is A+ IMHO. And piss off all u bitches sellin' swag in ID, u aint makin' another dime from me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Keep it green! :peace:

Great grow! I'm a big fan of autos with LR2 being my first.....I've done several LR2 grows now...along with Onyx, and now have some purple jems in organics and some short stuff blue himilayan in hydro....3/4 oz is very good for an auto yeild.... enjoy!

Smoke report: 3-4 tokes last me half the day, nice head high...kinda fruity a lil musky. I want some of them purple jems for the next grow...u get them from the tude? Think I'll get a small HPS too :) I want the next grows harvest to last half a year - I'm hopin.

my girl wanted to order some blue ryder but i told her NO! because i havent heard great things about the growing conditions it can handle, but yours looks like it was ok so i think i will pick her up a couple beans and try em out....can we get some bud pics?
