Blue Mystic x5 / feminised / first attempt with this strain from Nirvana.....

ok , i needed a new strain for my growroom , not seen much information about this strain , so i thought i would give them a whirl , anyone who has any experience with this strain or any advice whatsoever feel free to comment, here is my setup,

5x femmed beans Blue Mystic (nirvana),
Bio bizz light mix
Perlite/vercumalite
Vegged under 250w Mh
Flourecent 100w
flower room 600w hps (parobolic) + 150w hps (vert)
Miracle grow vegg feed ,
Pk 13/14 flower feed,
Not sure how long i will vegg these for yet as i have read mixed reviews about this strain and that it can be unstable and produce sativa dominant plants , so i will wait and see, i am hoping for strong indica pheno's that i can top and practice some scrog by hand without a net or mesh,
so , here they are 4 days after germination , i will be updating daily ,

the last is just from my flower room (Gbomb) 3 weeks in , thanks again...
i would like to add that they spend 12hrs of their 24hr cycle in the flower room under 750w hps....

So alls going to plan - not much change but daily update anyway ,
also added pics of them under 600w when in flower room,
and i thought i'd add some pics of my germination / cutting / breeding room,
and for fun my fav strain 3weeks into flower BB's G-Bomb
any comments welcome...

Ok , no followers yet eh , i thought there would be some interest in this strain , anyway here goes 7 days on from when they germinated,
seedlings are obvious , the other 2 are 2x G-bomb clones that have been vegged for 2.2 weeks , i am practising some lst/scrog but without any tieing down or any mesh/screen, they were also topped at node 4 , i have experience with this strain (topping only) , so im exited to see what my new practice will produce, thanks for looking in .... :joint:

Welcome , i will be updating regular as clockwork , not too sure if its the same as Royal Queens - but more than likely , i think its a skunk/northern light - blueberry cross, got anything going winner ??....

1 Connie Chung in baby stage bro, not taking it too seriously, just trying to learn.
I have a blue mistic from royal queen though, apparently they get extremely tall so I'm hesitant to grow it. Though I havn't actually seen any grows of it

Yeah , thats what im hoping does not happen , i just do not have the patience for plants over 4ft , although it does say on both Nirvana and Royal that this is an Indica Dominant strain, i will be posting todays and yeaterdays pictures of the seedlings tonight as i did not get time last night , in my opinion the new leaves look to be thick Indica leaves so fingers crossed , the 3x g-bomb that i am scrogging by hand are coming on awesome , will post those pics also , catch ya soon winner...

I grew blue mystic on my last grow and out of 4 plants only 2 were the same the other 2 looked like completely differant plants and they were not alike either 1 had wierd leaves kind of like ridges the other one was a differant shade of green,they all harvested ok with some diferences in the buds,I grow in dwc and noticed that they were sensitive to nutes compared to my other grows,they didnt stink the house out until harvest and I have another batch of them veging now waiting for my kandy kush to finish up,I like growing it now because I dont have to run high nutes to keep them happy and the low odor is a plus for me to. good luck with them and by the way mine took alot longer to finish than they were suposed to

Nice man , thanks for the info , can i ask how long you vegged them for and about what height did they reach ??? hey if your going with them again , the buds musta tasted ok :clap:

Ok , Blue mystic seedlings ..... "2x G-Bomb , scrog by hand, G-Bomb single cola - and last but not least my overcrowded flowering tent 750w ....all going well , impressed with my scrog by hand attempt , they are responding well , single cola gbomb swelling up nicely 5weeks in looks like it will be ready by 8 weeks :clap:

GJ dude looks well as far as I can see. I'm germing a blu missy as well. I'm under 4 65ook and 2 2700k cfls and 1 grow flood light. I'm waiting to see her peak thru the soil. I hope they are as strong as yours,,,as they are from nirv like yours. +rep

Hi ithumb , thanks for looking in - firsty what is a grow flood light ? not heard that term before..
Im not to sure how to approach these Blue Mystics at all, it's been a while since i grew from seed but i wanted to add a strain to my collection and i dont no anyone else that grows to get cuttings from, so it was my only choice, they are now 11 days in vegg so i need to decide soon , my problem is Blue Mystic seems to be not 100% stable Indica and many ppl have reported have Sativa type pheno's in which case they should already be in 12/12 as they will stretch, luckily looking at mine they seem to have indica lookin leaves so far fingers crossed, if they are indica dominant i will Vegg them all for 3 weeks - take 2 cuttings from each, label them, wait and see which 1's produce good single cola's and work with those clones,then normally i will top twice(2 weeks between topping) and then train and bend by hand, height is not a restriction but i aim for an even canopy to maximise light used.....more pics later

ive grown blue mystic before.it was very easy to grow.i grew 3,i vegged for 5 weeks and when they were done flowering 2 were about 5'5 tall from the bottom of the pot to the top of the plant,identical in appearence,and the other was about 6 feet tall.that was a lovely plant and my biggest yielder out of the 3.the bud formation was sativa like on that plant with fat swollen calyxs.they all yeilded well,and i was very happy with the produce.
i will be growing it again.
