Rain on the way for this afternoon and evening, more white stuff in the mountains for @BobBitchen to play in tonight with more to come this weekend.
The kid I got to fix the fence is starting next Wed. The cost of materials was almost $200, the pressure treated 4X4's are running about $16 ea. I went ahead and picked up some strong ties and structural screws to attach the stringers to the posts, it's much better than just toe screwing them in and much stronger.
Mornin.

I plan on getting some for my mom who has same and worse degenerative disc disease among other things. I been hesitant because of price like you just said. But if tincture helped pup Im hoping cream will

@Dboybudz .... I have DDD as well...partially from heredity...partially from basic punishment/job/skiing/motocross/injuries/etc. After 30 years of dealing with chronic pain on many levels and always seeing pain win...there are no pain free days @ this point and few options left to fight it.

I could go on and on here....but if it were me..I'd ask him for a sample for mom. Knowing what I know..i know he has very little in it. It should be..as they say...no skin off of his ass to give you some to entice you to buy more if it works. <<<and that's the key. We are all different. I hope it does!!

Please report back how it goes...OK? I'd be interested to hear what he does. If he won't give you a sample...please let me know.
I got a sample the size of tiny lip balm and wanted to just see it and it feels like hard cold butter probably coconut I'm guessing. I see what you mean about cream I don't know how to get a decent amount on finger to use with this texture. I'll report back if she can get it out to use and if works. I asked to give the strongest he makes and I asked how many mg of CBD in the stuff he sells and said 250 mg.I asked can you make it stronger he said he could but wouldn't do any better. It's just him running business and his tincture helps the dog so I know product work haven't tried salve so we'll see. He could of said yea I can add more but will cost more so hopefully it's a good one. IMG_20240213_144543.jpg

Happy to share any/all info/etc. I've learned along the way. If nothing else, I hope it opens folks eyes to the true costs/profits being made on them if they do buy CBD products in a retail setting.
I also make topicals. Not only a salve (basically a whipped body butter), but I also make "lotion bars" and pour the prepared mixture into empty deodorant containers. Very portable, can carry in pocket or purse, and no mess when applying! The lotion bars are a huge hit with my family and friends. I make about 24-25 at a time, so I always have some on hand. There is always one on my nightstand and one in a pocket of my wheelchair arm bag.

I don't do CBD, though. It's never done anything for me. I just use good old THC cannabis rosin/wax, coconut and/or sweet almond oil, shea butter, beeswax, and a little bit of lavender essential oil (not only smells lovely, but is helpful for muscle pain). I would try other oils and extracts, but I'm on a very limited fixed income and haven't been able to afford more ingredients just yet.

This even reduces or eliminates my nerve pain, and nothing has ever touched my neuralgia!
