I recently purchased a blacklight to stick in my growroom to produce UV rays, which make the plants potency increase (ever wonder why jamaica and columbia have such good strains? UV light from the sun baby!).
I was wondering if anyone would know how much a 40 watt (120 watt equivalent) blacklight, would put out in the UV range..? How much UV light does it emit? All I know is blacklight = good for potency(increases trichome production to protect from the harmful UV rays, kinda like how we tan in the sun.) . I never really researched the stuff.
Anyone with any info would really be appreciated.
