Black tips on leaves

Hey whats up guys.....so i have these two going we real good outdoors....im using regular tap water from the house could it be that or is it a disease....i check on em daily and try to get rid of all the bugs.....heres a few pics hope someone helps....

You have these outdoors in the budding cycle at the start of spring? Do you cover them up to get the 12/12 or am I just missing something here. . .?

i just plant a bunch in early march and hope for some bud.....i let em veg for like 1 month and then just let mother nature do its work.......so they look fine to you guys..well they do look good but its just the black tips that bother me.....what you guys think another month.....been flowering for like 5 weeks....
