Black spots in a random plant

Anyone have an idea of what this is?! It's only on one of my seedlings in dwc and everything else looks great! Fungus?!

could be a phosphorus deficiency but im not 100% on that

Not a fungus, probably a deficiency of some sort.

Ive had that in a well ventilated and dry room and either fixed the PH or fed more and issue resolved.
