Black jack auto fem from sweet seeds. Would 4 65 watt CFLs per plant be enough for this strain? This will be my first auto ggrow. Has anyone had any exp with black jack? Any tips or advice would be greatly appreciated.

That's 265w. I would say that should be plenty (depending on your grow area). Wattage wise you're good. You could probably get away with 150w total per plant. Just make sure you have the different spectrums covered. 6700 for veg and 2700 for flower. Good luck!

The total area the plants will be in, is a 10x10 ft area. But only running 5 plants at first, until I get growing autos down pat.

I was assuming actual... Good follow up billy
Just to be curious, I was browsing ams seed site and ran across chronic fem auto flower. Would this be a good choice for my auto garden or should I just stick with sweet seeds for all my auto grows? Input from everyone would be great.

Change it up a bit. Last years seeds will be near obsolete next year. I like Sweet Seeds stuff. They are usually pretty hardy and easy to grow. Good luck.

Man I started out on autos. And over just the last 5 years it's incredible how fast new strains are being developed. I mean if you smoked a different strain everyday I doubt you would even come close to smoking every single auto strain there is out there anymore in a whole year. Not even close.

I've grown other Sweet Seed strains and like them a lot. As I kinda lazy grower, I like easy and hard to mess up. Speed and quality over yield. And they are a good strain. I've avtually comsidered the 10 seed auto collection.

But, Dinafem and World of Seeds makes good hardy autos too. I am sure there are dozens of other seed companies with quality autos as well.

I keep thinking next time I will go with something different tho. Lots of info out there if you search it up.

Not to sound like a new, but have to ask a yeild question
Under ideal situations what is the average yeild for a feminized black jack auto? I know the parentage of this strain is supposed to be a black domina x jack herer crossed with an auto sweet Afghani delicious.
