I understand that driving drunk is irresponsible and all, but god damn son. That's ridiculous.

Screams a recently written type of sentencing guideline post privatized prison implementation to fill em up with not too difficult to deal with slave labor.

in texas if u have a prior misdemeanor they can enhance a misd to next degree and same with felony he had sec degree felony with max of 10 yrs but they decided enhance it due to prior felony to first degree with max of 99yrs and said u plea to 20 or go court we ask for 40 yrs so he took deal

didnt help he had dui in front same judge 6 months before and only got 90 days when head DA found out he said he would gave him more time
and dsb gave them chance 6 months later :(

No offense, donny, and I hate it for your friend, but habitual DUIs eventually get innocent people killed and maimed for life. 20 years is beyond harsh, but what was it going to take to get him to stop? I wouldn't want a habitual drunk driver being a constant threat to my family or friends. It's a shame 2 DUIs weren't enough to get him to quit, but a 3rd? It's hard to fault the judge that went easy on him the 2nd time. Anyway, sorry man. It sucks all around.

but my point didnt stop him just delayed him 20 yrs

he needed help and good thing he didnt kill anyone
he made some poor choices

I too had a order taken from the attitude recently, the reshipped order has been in Chicago ISC for 5 days....................................... just made another order too cuz they got strawberry banana and kosher tangie in stock there ezzzzzzzzzzzzzz

Got mine today yeah buddy:-) Ive never had a single order snatched happy to say my luck continues. I have 30+ fem seeds of all different flavors doubt I will be ordering anytime soon unless something special Is offered:-P Hope they continue to work on new shipping methods!

Order tracking showing "origin post is preparing shipment" for four or five days now. Safe to say they're seized? How much time do u guys usually give the rude before contacting them?

Well first off its Tude for short NOT rude. You must wait until you get your package covered in green customs tape. You don't get package then you are SOL that's how I understand it. We are lucky enough they except our biz from a crossed the pond respect the TUDE! Its a gamble when ordering plain and simple and they are doing us a giant favor never forget that:-) Keep your package if it does come all raped and fucked up K buddy you'll need it as proof!
