Black Berry (Nirvana)

Vegging Weeks: 2 weeks 6 days.

Comments: Over all I would have to say that this is a very good strain to pick when going for an indica. The buds they show on nirvana were purple, but I have yet to see any purple on the leaves or bud. These results I posted below were with-out the help of any reflective material other than the white on my walls, and still I got great results.

As soon as I have it cured and ready to smoke, I will be posting a smoke review as well.

Sounds good man, Just started to flush tonight. Harvest time in just under 2 weeks .

well i didnt get a chance to take pics but lucky im on a 2 week cycle... i got 1\2 lb off 6 plants in a flood and drain under a 600wtt... i got 4 trays going 2 weeks apart... ill post pics in a min...

Damn all those wires on the ground would make me nervous. In any case, thats a lovely plant.

Yeah, I know. It is hard to keep everything organized cause I am always changing shit. I disconnect them all before I do any rez changes.

If I didn't live in an apartment I would have built something a little more "tidy" lol. but after I sell off a few ounces from this bitch, I will be getting a proper grow tent with all the attachments.

Personally I think that set up is better than a grow tent (I don't like the sizes they come in). I'd just drape that square structure off with mylar on the sides and on top and call it a day. You could all run a inline fan from the window to that set up too. No matter what that plant or any plant grown in an apt w.o a separate room for growing will stink up the place.

Harvested about 16 ounces (wet weight) on 09-28-2009

16oz wet should be about 4oz dry... thats really good man... it takes 6 plants under a 600 watter to get a half pound for me... but i only let them get 32 inchs high... trying to get camra to work with my comp so i can upload the pics i took for ya...

Yeah, They have already lost about 1/4 of their size since I have hung them up to dry. The stems are still bendy, so its still got a couple of days or more before I jar them up and cure.

The smell is starting to come through more now, the first 2 days it kinda smelled grassy, but slowly it is starting to get that fresh bag o weed smell to em.

I also came out with a bag full of trimmings, and tiny buds that were too small to hang that I will be making hash out of. That stuff is proving a little more finicky to dry cause I have to turn it once in a while to make sure there is no chance of mold. I need a drying screen for the small stuff haha.

Try growing her in cold temperatures. I grew DJ Shorts blueberry indoors, and it was green. No purple or blue like the description said. But she's finishing off outside right now, and with how cold it's been at night she's dark purple now.

Ok Guys, Harvest is Dried, I have the dry weight totaled up to 175g (6.25oz. ounces. )

im on my third order from Nirvana just ordered some Blue Mystic on Saturday. was a toss up between blackberry n bm. but now that i see how bb looks might have to go with them next time. i do see a hint of purple in the leaves n budz good job. nice freakin harvest....looks yummie

I will let you know as soon as I try some. I am being a good boy and not touching until it's done haha. I am going to try some next week after it has had a little time to cure.

The smell went from dank to damn!! haha. Reminds me of a super citrus train wrek. Very fruity too. Hard to keep my nose out of the jars haha.

wow 6 oz thats really good... i hope you enjoy the smoke... just cut the last of my white berry down to nite.... got white russian next... then some pineapple express...
