A new journey begins!
This is my second grow. Im doing 2 Skunk #1 feminized seeds under a 250w hps in a closet. Im using coco coir as the starting medium but will be transplanting to WestLands multi purpose compost with added john innes, mixed with some coco and some perlite.
Wish me luck :)

Right now, 2 30w 6400k cfls are over them. In a week or 2 i will move them under the 250w hps in the closet :)
I will transplant when the seed leaves fall off so the west lands will give it the nutrition it needs. And that should last until i switch to 12/12, then I will use some flowering nutes

No clue on that one my plants are 30 days old and the seed leaves are just now starting to fall off but yet ive beem feeding them nutes to so that could have a small role to play wish I could give you a more accurate answer.

Hopefully its no less than 1-2 weeks as I have another plant in the closet that will finish in 1-2 weeks, and I want that out of the closet by the time transplanting comes and I move the Skunk #1s into the closet. Or I could just add a light nutrient solution that will keep them alive until the other plant is harvested.
Thanks anyway

Day 6
They seem to be growing quite slow. I have 2 30w cfls over them. I watered when I planted and again yesterday on the 5th day. Is there any way I could make them grow quicker or should I just let them do their thing?

Does look like they slowed a bit but my best advice is just let em do what they do also from comparison of day 5 and 6 photos it looks like you watered em a bit early try to let the soil dry out more and the plants root system will expand in search of water giving you a bigger root system meaning bigger healthier plants I recently over watered my babies :( seems to slow growth

Yeah I was hesitant to water but the first inch was dry so I thought I should. It might be different with coco coir though.

Subbed. I grew some Skunk #1 a while back with less than stellar results, but it was all my fault :dunce:. Hope you can show me what it should have looked like ;-).
