You've never seen a turkey fly before? They roost in the trees every night.then what?
Seen em roost in honey locust several weeks back, all dotted along limbs like ornaments. Today though, late this afternoon, just the mom turkey walked thru. Not sure where the fledglings were, I asked her, but she didn't gobble. You've never seen a turkey fly before? They roost in the trees every night.
The dogs split mom and the babies up last year. I seen them go about 50 yards to the top of a tree.Seen em roost in honey locust several weeks back, all dotted along limbs like ornaments. They (those last 5) can fly some by now, just how much, or how far is what I was asking about? Maybe the kids went out for an evening fly-in movie.
