Hi there, this season i am growing outside just one plant and a bird ate my newborn cannabis sprout.
I dont want advice how to keep them away, cause i have a plan.I wanna know if the cannabis will sprout again.
The root stem is unaffected, just with no leaves.
Sorry for the shaky image but you got the idea.

I've had my ''sprouts" get the leaves ripped off on a couple occasions. The first time the plant died. The last time there may have been a bit of leaf matter left on the stem and I let it go and it did grow out. The funny thing is that is didn't look like the other plants (strain was Cannatonic) and it grew different looking buds with less pistols.

Pop another bean or two as I think you lose some genetic transfer when the leaves get ripped off. The smoke off that plant was also substandard IMO.

Thanks for the advice.I will get another bean and let it grow 1-2 weeks before putting it outside.
I am not mad at birds, it is my fault, they do their thing and help me by eatting insects:)
Yes keep trying! At least a couple pairs leaves in a 1 or 2 gallon pot then drop it in the ground. You could get mosquito netting or something to cover it outside if you really want to plant them from seed outdoors

I have a bush so i will plant it there, no birds could reach it.The plant will grow and she will grow taller than the bush so it will get plenty of light.
Also i will put the dead bird close to the spot. These motherfuckers wont come back now.

Happy news guys!
I got another seed and succesfully germinated, sprout has come out.
Now i will let it grow 2-3 days and then place it inside a bush.
Do you think it is a smart idea?
Am a guerilla grower, i can't grow it more inside than a week.
The problem were the birds, if i put protective shit and stuff it will destroy the camouflage.
