Dude mexican commercial farmers yield over 10 lbs. per plant sometimes. There is a thread on here about them.

i don't think tom hill is a mexican commercial farmer lol ... i'd love to see this thread you are speaking of ... i'm pretty sure tom hill takes the cake on this one ... averaging 9-10 pounds per plant

I was moving and flowered my mommas who had faithfully served me for about 5 or 6 grows. Anyway one of them (Caliu Big Buds) did a 102 grams dry of probably the best Big Bud I've ever seen. i guess under a QP isnt much for my "biggest all time" but I usually grow small bitches, and it sure looked like a lot to me!! Another did just over 3 oz dryed. So a almost a half elbow off two girls indoors? i was pretty happy with that. The six altogether yielded just shy of a lb. Was i happy? Oh yeah.....

Again though I grow small so I've never had anything (indoors of course!!) ever come even close to these numbers. It was probably well over what most growers would call a pound, but i dry my shit so completely. basically i like my dope to just crumble, it's so dry. So my reported yields after drying seem low compared to some of my friends.

edit- i lived near Acapulco for 2 years and the Mexican Sativa "trees" they were growing would be 4 meters tall and harvest 3-4 kilos. Again outdoors, but thats one big momma growing 8lbs or more in a season, not too shabby. Oh i should mention that half the weight is seeds! Almost forgot that part, haha!

Look up doubleds MPB buckets. He has his own forum on THC Farmer.

The claims being made are 4.5 lbs per plant average.

10 plants 14 1000W HPS lights and a lot of ventilation.

I'd like to try the system myself but it's about 20K in startup costs plus another 3k for the nutrients.

some guy posted his pics of a 400w single plant scrog doing 16oz on the dot. I dont see why people trip out over huge numbers. It really isnt that hard as long as you veg the shit out of them and have room for the roots to grow.

I put 80 clones in the ground once, walked away, and when I came to harvest they were 16+ feet tall, leaning over and someone topped them a few days before I got there and I still made 29 lbs, I never had so much swaggy outdoor I couldn't give it away
