I have six plants under 400w hps, though i am almost hopeing for one or two males so i can drop them and just do four, so i'm sure 600w is fine for just four plants. i am not a pro

lollipop your plants and use sea of green method

check out my sig 38 plants under 1200 watts gonna be around 2 - 3 lbs

the cages also trick the plants into thinkin they can hold more than usual(without the guard) therfore higher yields

Sry. I didn't read the thread just the OP. And the answer for that is more how much work u wanna do an how long u wanna open shop. Alota small plants require more work cloneing, watering, adjustments of nutes for various stages of life ect . Sogging can be both benifical ad u get to know ur plants and how they react at diffwerwnt stages and such as u have more time to experiment and perfect everything but it can also be over weihlming. Rite now I run a sog with DWC and draining and filling all them totes and shit is a pain in the ass. Worth it but sumtimes I push shit off. Hell I have plants that r almost a week past due for nute changes as well as harvest and replace. Yup its gonna fuk up my schedueal and I'm sure ppl r like, "what, u have plants that shoulda been cut down a week ago?" But hey I got other things top do and when I put shit off 1 day, the next day is supper buzy.
