Bigger yields

I have a friend swears he gets lbs from indoor plant. Wanted to know if there are plant steroids to make it possible or if I’m just using the wrong nutes

what nutes and how are u even growing u gave no info??
I only have done 2 grows. I don’t remember if the nutes were fox farms but it was just me fiddling around trying to learn. I’m doing soil grow and everyone I know uses some form of super soil. Is there another option that may wrk better? Also I did one grow SOG in a fair sized closet and my other grow was in one of my bedrooms. Bedroom grow was obviously more spacious but I only got minimal yield so of course I’m in search of some tips to maximize yields. Quality oddly enough was not an issue on either grow

What kind of light are you/he using?
How big of a space?
Size pots?
Veg time?
Strain?
A lot goes into it other than nutes...

I’ve done 2gal and 3gal pots. I’ve done SOG grow in my closet and a more spacious grow in my bedroom. Strain is OG from dinafem. I used t5 lights then switch to hps to flower.

That’s just so I have their feeding water rn their to green so I’m backing off the nitrogen and just everything this week waiting for the plant to Start feeding on itself then imma feed it a very low nitrogen maybe depends but if your growing in a 2x4 I’d just do a 7 gal pot and Scrog the 2x4 and you got a nice low maintenance setup just depends on what size u growin

Closet is 3x3 I’ll use. I was thinking SOG again. In my room I probably use 4x8 maybe so I can spread out some. I may try Scrog‍♂What is it exactly

Concentrate on growing healthy plants. The yields will come. To that, you could be given the best of everything in this hobby and your level of experience would be why your grow would still kinda suck.

To answer your question above: plants food brands don't make a difference, it's the NPK content/ratio that can make a difference. Someone at your experience level won't be consistent enough to notice a difference between one plant food and another. So that being said, use a veg nutrient from start to finish at probably 1/2 the recommended dose.

What about using super soil?? I hear it is unnecessary to use nutes if you use a super soil

With any organic soil, you've got to make sure that you've got enough juice to last the entire duration of the grow, and finding that balance can be hard. Contrary to what many may say, I don't think organics are that easy. Growing in something like happy frog with a compete plant food like floranova grow or maxigrow from start to finish is nearly idiot proof as long as your plant food dose is on the mild side. Again, if you concentrate on plant health and flower quality, you'll be surprised how much you'll yield. I promise if you concentrate on yields, you'll f*ck up your grow, no doubt.
