BIG BUD STRAIN??

I wanna grow the infamous BIG BUD strain! But I hear the potency isn't all of that but yield is great. Any advice for a noob on this BIG BUD strain?

Not 'advice' just an opinion...don't believe the hype. There are too many great strains and genetic blends available to limit yourself to 1 particular strain. Do some research...there are many heavy yielding strains with very high THC and potency available.

Remember at the end of the day your grow will only be as good as the way it was cultivated. Someone can take an original Shantibaba white widow seed and completely fuck it up. Conversely, I have seen growerz pull incredible yields of serious dank nuggies with unknown bag seeds. It all comes down to how much knowledge and effort that is put into it.

What he said, although I have had some good big bud x northern lights and granddaddy purple has big bud in it. It also depends on the stone you're after. Big Bud will me more mellow than more modern strains. It is also easy to grow being a giant skunk. If that is what you're into go for it. :grin:

"White Widow x Big Bud" is easy to find seeds for. White Widow is a cup winner from way back, supposedly upwards of 21% THC, if you put any stock in those kind of claims. But mine is looking pretty good just starting week 5 of flower. I've super cropped and have probably a dozen of these sized buds per plant. This is a few minutes after lights out - because with the HPS on all my pics turn yellow.WWxBB.jpg

What kind of lights? I have 2 600s.
This is 3 hours into day 30.

Ya idk where you are but big bud goes for like 1400 a plate in Colorado and no one grows it except people first starting out its a very mild strain even the best cut will be like 12-16% and wouldn't be surprised by lower it's a good crossing strain if you pheno hunt but overall basic weed guaranteed my people would laugh in my face with my gorilla glue 4 or og kush or pura vida next to it straight up not commercially desirable either

Right now I'm doing my first hydro grow and I only have a small tent dedicated to it. That girl is one of two under a 400w HPS in a 2x3 tent. And I started my 12/12 on May 25, and being June 24 when I snapped that pic, that should be right at the end of day 30. I'll snap another pic in a few hours when lights come on.

Gorilla glue, pura vida, sonic screwdriver , Kandy Kush, jesus og, og kush and that doesn't even scratch the surface there's a shit ton you just gotta do a good job pulling weight isn't easy unless you have your system dialed in and we're talking sealed room co2 monitor and controller, ac keeping everything at 71 and knowing the system you run and reading the plants there's a lot that goes into it but pulling 2-3lbs a light with gorilla glue 4 thc content 31% and sells 2200 a lb even in a flooded state

Glue is hands down the best commercial strain point blank period it's strong as fuck gorgeous as hell and yields like a mother fucker shit at the warehouse in a room of 45 1k lights and 180 plants between 4.5 lights of gorilla glue hit 22lbs and stupid fire

So if I'm not running co2 but I have a decent setup in aero with 1200 watts and a 4x4 net, I should yield about 1000 grams or more with gorrila glue?

Where do I find gorrila glue?
