Never tried it but I have done all of the research to make BHO but I want to know how it stacks up to other methods.

Is Smoking < Vaping < BHO?

If you had an ounce of buds would oil get you more / better results than smoking or vaping?

Is the high different?

I bought a volcano and I havent had a desire to do anything other than vaping for a while now. One of my buddies suggested BHO for smoking and potentially cooking without the mess and I wanted to know if was a waste of my time.

I use honey oil primarily with my shake. You can amke it with bud but I prefer to wipe a little honey oil on my buds for smoking. It'll give you maximum use of your whole plant.

Is the high different with the BHO?

I like making a bag with the volcano and sitting on the couch. I usually give my remnants to him and he makes cookies and gives some back to me. But if I can BHO the remnants with a few buds and get a decent high, I will most likely give that a try so I am getting 100% out of my supply. :weed:

LOL I guess I have to be a pioneer on this frontier!

I know the remnants have enough "stuff" to make good cookies, so I am assuming that the butane will be able to leach that same "stuff" to make honey (or tar). LOL

it all depends on what you want really.
as for you first question vaporizing anything is generally better for you body than smoking

as for oil itself
if you want golden oil then you have to pretty much use pure whole (de-shaked) buds....
if you dont want to use/waste buds you can use shake to get a tan/brown oil which is way better than your shake (plus you can smoke it with your buds)
an oz of pure buds would get you a nice 1-3.5 grams of golden oil. you will get more if theres shake or if the buds are ground up (but less potency)

if you wanted to know how it hits you

as for way to smoke,
you can use your volcano and it should work fine (might be alittle messy)
the best way is prolly an oil bell or concentrate bowls (kinda harder things to find)
ive heard vapor pipes (AKA meth/crack pipes) work but... it seems alittle sketchy for my tastes

if your going to smoke it then
try spreading some hot/warmed oil across a hemp joint paper (hemp/rice papers are king, sorry the white bleached papers are nasty) and press it in half then put it on a bowl (kind of like hash but because of the paper it burns very quickly and hits you fast)

or just put it on a cigarette... honestly theres countless ways!

bho is golden regardless thats y its also called honey oil

I have been trying to find somewhere to buy dry ice in ontario as i dont have bubble bags a got a 110 micron screen from my grinder though hooked up to a pvc tube. plan on shaking for about a minute then throwing it in my honey oil ting to get as much crystal as possible let me no what you think

I love wax and any sort of concentrate ! I had a health stone when I was in Cali an it was awesome, got hella high ;)

Ben making wax for years I've had peanut budder color yellow color gold Brown sugar color white brown green ....it all depends on ur method and what ur running

well all the bho ive had is golden even if its really dark still a bit gold sooooo you might be thinking about another type of oil

Not historically correct. The original honey oil was an ether extract of the usual bricky Sativa, processed to remove most of the colorants. I actually scored some in the '70s, and the smell, taste, high were excellent. cn

All praxair locations carry dry ice cubes or blocks in 5 and 10 pound bags.

hey my buddy was telling me how you poor water on the bho and it comes out all togeather hes in bc or id get him to help me any info would be great cant find on youtube
