I have a Blue Cheese at day 70 of 12/12. I don't know what happened, it suddenly foxtailed and stretched completely changing the structure and appearance. All the buds look like shit now, it's going to be a nightmare to trim, especially with the insane stink it's putting out, probably the most obnoxious smelling plant I've grown. Hopefully the high will be worth it, but im probably not going to try Barney's again.

Cheese is known for fox tail flowers. It is genetic and nothing to worry about. Sounds like you found a good one with that stink!

It's really a luck of the draw thing, I've had phenos all over the place,sometimes even purple,after 5 seasons outdoors I'm ready to leave it out of the mix,it's to inconsistent.

I ran pineapple chunk and hated it. Bought 10 ran 6 and can't give it away. Ran Barneys triple cheese and 1 pheno was "The Shit". The rest again not good. I have moved on from Barneys just too hit miss for me.
Nope its a sativa dominant select skunk#1 pheno from 1988 found in seeds from sensi seeds folks think that cos big buddha and others used a afghani to try to bring it into seed form and the cuts it grows wider than taller but it has some stretch it stinks to fuck too proper jailbait especially the brightside cut theres quite a few uk skunk cuts cheese is just the most famous you got blues/livers is another popular old skunk1 pheno/cut you also got the psychosis/purple one cut thats probably another skunk pheno too and other lesser known ones skunk was popular here for ages
Cheese produces stacked calyxes id say more than true foxtails and believe me this been debated to hell on uk420 theres a old whole thread on it lol the consensus was it is stacked calyxes as its not airy cos unless you fucked it up the buds are dense even if they do have that almost foxtail structure kinda cos genetics

I have grown the UK cheese cut. And it grows slow and bushy, not tall.
It had some really nice flavor and smell and is great for longterm storage.
i said it has a bit of stretch in bloom but nothing crazy it grows wider than taller naturally with that classic acapulco zig zag structure and its slower to grow because its a very old cut god knows what its picked up along the way it is 30+ years old after all and theres more than one cut that gets passed around as cheese also as theres a number of crosses like cheese x nl also mate the brightside is the original the exodus/uk one came from that as it was him who gave it to exo collective in the first place

I grew a pack of LSD,White Widow,and some cherry named strain back in the early '00s. The LSD and WW were both pretty good, the other one wasn't as good. I kept a cut of the WW for awhile, as it was the best of the two. Bred them together for a strain I called white blotter. Line worked it until I got bored. Wouldn't really want either of them back, but the stuff I made with those seeds as starting material with some other stuff later made me some happy accidents.

I'm really unprepared for the smell, I thought my filter was going bad so I swapped it. Nope, still smells a bit. I dread the upcoming harvest. Just touching a leaf leaves me stinking for hours. I'll probably have to buy a third inline fan & filter combo (already have one outside my tent) to keep as a scrubber next to me while trimming.
Yeah it isnt very uk friendly when you consider how much it reeks lol its nice weed but yeah got many people into trouble over the years thats for sure
