Best White Widow?

Hey I'm looking to buy some white widow seeds and I was looking on Attitude and there is literally 12 pages of white widow strains and crosses. Which kind do you guys recommend?

I'm open to Widow and crosses but would prefer feminized seeds. I've narrowed it down to 3 pages for feminized widow/widow x

I'll beat the others to the punch here and suggest your try Mr Nice's Black Widow. It's the original White Widow, the one that has since been re-branded by countless other seed companies. I've never grown it, so I can't say whether it's better or worse than others, but I've never really heard any bad press about it.

It's hard to choose, because out of all the pictures (I know there just pictures) Dutch Passions widow looks the best, but it's also one of the most expensive ones at $150 for 10 seeds.

Just looked at Mr. Nice's Black Widow halfway through this post, it looks pretty sweet too but I will have to fuck around with males since they don't sell Fem seeds. On the Dutch Passion description it says to flower for 10 weeks, but to turn the lights off for the last 2 weeks, is this true with Black Widow as well? And do people actually do that? It would be nice to save power $$$.

IMHO, Arjan and Franco from Green House are some of the best growers on earth AND I believe they are the one's with the original white widow. Also, check out the single seed centere. They are very reliable and you can try several different varieties for probably less if not equally priced to a pack of 5 or 10 from other banks.

I'm leaning towards greenhouse seeds now, they are more affordable then Mr.Nice or Dutch Passion.
Mr. Nice $111 for 15 Regular
Dutch Passion $150 ish for 10 Fem
Greenhouse seeds $85 ish for 10 Fem

Just too let you know, I just looked at the single seed center. Green House's WW is $10.35 ea. If you spend more than $30.00 they give you 2 free fem'd as well.

GH ww is awful, Black widow is the real deal from the original creator(shantibaba). of all the white widow ive grown, sadly Dinafem's did better than either nirvana's or seedsman's versions on potency and yield. ive smoked GHSC's version and it only tasted like white widow, the potency was a joke.


arjan and franco can be the best growers on the planet, but as for as i can tell, they are two of the worst breeders as well.

Before making statements like this you really should know all the facts first. If GHS really did have the original white widow why can you only get it in fem'd seeds?

As previously posted Shantibaba has the original genetics and was a part of GHS for a long time, however when the partnership ended Shanti took his genetics with him.

Arjan is a rip-off artist, it's pretty much a proven and accepted fact. He is an advertiser, not a breeder.


To the OP, you ask for the best, so if you want the best, you'll have to contend with picking out the males. Silly to buy a lesser strain because it's a little more convenient. Find one female, clone it and you're set for as long as you like.

Well your belief and your honest opinion in this instance is wrong, plain and simple Generally people learn about something before forming and publicising their opinion. He was just pointing this out. I saw no personal attack there whatsoever

femaleseeds nl has their own version of black widow,ive heard its very good.

You got til monday night to figure out what you want. TBH, GHS should be your last bet if you don't wanna get premature seeds that don't even germ. Don't put a time limit on this and you will find what you're looking for. And for what it's worth, Seed centre is reliable with shipping and prices but the 2 times I have purchased from them I have gotten small seeds but just my opinion.

I ordered G-13 Pineapple Express last friday from attitude and just waiting for it to arrive so I'll take a pic of the seeds and post them.
