Best way to transplant seedlings to grow blocks into hydroton?

What exactly is the best way to move a seedling into a grow block?

and then transfer that to an ebb and flo system, a gallon bucket with hydroton?


Or is there a better way to move a seedling and then trasnfer into hydroton?

Root them in r/w cubes and once rooted just get 4x4 delta blocks and there pre cut for rooting cubes, and just slide the root cubes
in the blocks. Then once ready to transplant to the hydrotron just cut the plastic off the block and place it in the bucket with the
hydrotron all around it. Super simple
