Best way to anticipate bugs from clones

I live in a medical state and I just got 12 fresh cuts. I haven't spotted anything suspect yet but I wanted to know what is the best, least invasive way to make sure the selected 6 go into my room clean? I've heard a little biodegradable soap or Hydrogen Peroxide in water work well. What have you used?

ive heard of people dipping the clones in a solution of something. i think it was neem or azamax or something.

if u have soil put an inch of sand on top it will block the babies from getting through and growin
this works too. also diatomaceous earth works wonders i hear. cuts the bugs up good

both of these are for soil bugs though. they dont do anything for bugs on leaves, like spidermites

the first thing you do is isolate them, than have a good look at them with a 15 to 30x magnifier, pay attention to the underside of the leaves. kepp like this for at least 10 days and by the end if you got any bugs they will show up. Maney ways to deal with it but the best and most effective is to start spraying with neem oil. Check this out for good info. I have used neem for maney years and it's great stuff.

I cover my pots with paper plates and hang tinfoil from branches. The paper plates stop the breeding cycle and bugs cannot fly round when tin foil is present as it totally confuses them and they fly of to another area. Very inavasive and effective but more a long term solution. I am not keen on any bug killing spray and hate to harm the little guys, they got just as much right as us to get stoned!lol!

If you love plants how can you not love bugs, its all nature and that is what i promote, yer you can kill them where they are but i like to give them time to pack their bags and find somewhere else to live!

Anytime I get a plant from outside I put them in quarantine for a few days (in my case this means kitchen window). If I get it from a nursery I pretty much just assume it has bugs. I would wash the plant with an insecticidal soap and keep a close eye on it. You can make your own home made insecticidal soap or buy something off the shelf. Garden Safe Insecticidal Soap Insect Killer works really good. It's organic and you can buy it at Lowes for around $8.
