Best time to clone?

How old should the mother plant be to take clones from it?

age dosnt matter just as long as the limbs are big and long enough.

she looks small Id say. definately not enough branching. You wouldnt want to shock her. In my experience and from all the reading i have done it is best to clone at two months. but i have successfully taken several cuttings slightly sooner. be patient and youll be able to take many healthy clones.

alright i'll wait a few more weeks before I take any cuttings. Any suggestions on good rooting compounds, or are they all pretty much the same?

Olivia's rooting gel works very well. I agree' wait until your 6th week & and you'll be able to take plenty by then. Plus your plant will have healthy root structure and won't be as disturbed during cloning process...
