Whats up guys. im pretty new to this website and have found it to be pretty helpful. Im about to start a grow in about a month and was wondering what some of the best strains to grow for yield, thc, and durability ( resistant to heat, bugs and so on). If you could give me some feed back on some of your experience that would be awesome. Also what companies are the best to order from. I also want to buy feminised seeds only what are average prices?

I think you forgot about the smell factor.
Do you care if your neighbors smell your mj during the flowering cycle?, or is it no big deal to ya?
Do you like cold handcuffs?
Do you like doing time?
Do you like probation, and fines?
Alot of newbies forget about this very important issue.
Should be top priority.

chem dawg is my favorite to work with. youll have trouble trying to do things to make her not grow. grows and roots insanely fast and yield is mid to high.

if you're thinking of growing more than a couple plants i would do more research as to what it takes to grow successfully. its definitely not as easy as it seems and the more you learn the more you start to realize how difficult it is to do it right. but im all for experimenting growing but just as long as it's medically legal! i don't condone illegal activity!

Thanks ninja...this grow will be for medicinal purposes when i move out to cali. Do you use soil or hydroponics?? I have spent the last two months researching and hope my time spent learning and everyones great advice pays off!!

i use soil check out my journal below for my latest medical grow. the pic in my avatar is chem dawg she is a mutant and dwarfs all the other strains. that snowboard is 165" and shes taller than it! feel free to ask any questions but my journal has detailed info!

my profile pic is of a white russian from lowlife seeds that i grew for my first grow and they were so much fun. check out my profile, got a few pics of my second set up using a wilma system and used a mix of lowlife and short stuff seed. the best r the withe russian, i got about 2.5oz per plant (4 plants total) in hydro under a 600w on my first ever grow and i had no problems at all

White Widow is always a easy strain. Autos might be a good choice if u dont care about yield. Anything from Nirvana is easy to grow, and the beans are cheap enough, that if u screw up, ur not flat broke. Id personally try bagseed out 1st. Then make grow room adjustments around that...

joejoe, try growing Mango. Nice, mellow indica weed. I was a newbie and grew it indoors, using CFLs and HID lights. Almost fucked it up and they still came out wonderful. They also clone very well. Grew them in Fox Farm soil then in Coco, which is what I'm using now and will never go back to soil. Doesn't really smell all that much, either. About 8-9 weeks flower time. This place sells it:

Hey everyone just wanted to say thanks for all the advice. i like the idea of trying bagseed first. And from there i can learn the basics! right now i have about 6 cfls and a complete 1000 watt hps/mh system with fan..im wanting to try hydoponics because i hear the results are way more impresive. anybody know any good websites for hydro systems?

dude check out GHS bubba kush, I had a grow with bubba kush, chiesel, swiss cheese and trainwreck, and the tw and sc both had mold issues and the bubba kush didnt, so somewhat of mold resistance, also, im close the mexico so its warm even indoors so it can withstand a little heat. Also everything heard about the smoke has been nothing but positve. Hear are some pics from various stages of flower.
