Best place to get started

Alright so I've been growing in nonlegal states for about 10 years, finally in the position where I can make the leap to go legal. One of my partner's is already saying up a spot in Olancha Ca, so od like to get as close to there as possible, but I'm open to CO(got another buddy started there already).

Before everyone jumps in and says not gonna happen give up, me and my other partner are looking to move and NOT get rich, we just want to get started, we'll work jobs as well, nothing new for us there.

Im just looking for people's CURRENT knowledge of the best place to get started.
