Best place to buy seeds in amsterdam?

Does anyone know where the best place to buy seeds in Amsterdam is? I want to buy the seeds cash from a premises rather than credit card.

'SHORT STUFF' - 'Snowryder' and 'WORLD of SEEDS' - 'Pakistan Ryder' are the exact seeds I'm looking for.

I think most seed BANKS are in the UK, I know that Short Stuff is a Canadian Company. I'd recommend Nirvana and Sensi's stores. I'm sure there are seed banks there too, but there are seed banks all over the UK that carry a wider selection.
