Best NPK Ratio for Veg and Flower

People are talking about ratios and all this stuff in between. All I want to know is how much NPK should be in a product that I buy. How much N how Much P and how Much K For veg/flower?That's it. It's so hard to get a simple, straight forward answer for someone who obviously doesn't have much experience with indoor growing. There's no need to complicate things with Info that makes feel like I'm back in science class lol

I'm pretty sure that Kelp me is just an additive meaning you can use it with your normal feeding routine without changing anything.

my kelp additive is 7.5% K.

so u can't use it for a replacement of BigBloom.?

what is bigbloom? kelp just happens to be high in K. and other good stuff for plants.

Homebrewer...I wanted to get your thoughts on Athena Nutrients and what you think about their NPK Ratio. I pretty much read all you posts during this time where I find myself at home more often than usual. I recently bought Athena Nutes and was told I could return them within a timely manner. During this time I decided to give Dyna Gro a shot and asked to return them and of course I was told sorry the owner said no. So I was thinking about doing a side by side. Wanted to see what you would recommend using 7 to 10 gallon smart pots in promix...Drain to waste? Thank you for your time.

You still sticking to this ratios for veg & bloom home brewer from 2011am in hydroponic rockwool for now..

Just out off thougt you tryed 3-1-4

Or just a grow with higher . K formulas see if it beats the 1-3-2 you say has been the better ratios you found in flower ..well up to then ..like mel franks 1-1-2 as well

IMO there shouldn't be a different base nutrient fro veg or flower. It should be the same and any PK boost you should want in flower should be obtained through using monopotassium phosphate.

3-2-6 works perfect for me in veg and all of flowering.

Athena works great. Get the pro line and make your own stock solutions.

I am planning to use Jack's 3-2-1 formula on my next run. This formula comes out to a 3-1-4 NPK ratio. After reading so much I am considering adjusting the formula to different ratios. There are so many differing opinions!

Found this in a prior post and seems to make the most sense to me. Not sure where he found the "actual ratios cannabis requires through its life cycle"

It's worth stating for the record the actual ratios of N, P and K that cannabis requires through it's life cycle:

Vegetative Stage
N - P - K
3 - 1 - 2

Flowering Stage
N - P - K
1 - 1 - 2

Final Flowering Stage
N - P - K
0 - 1 - 2

To translate this into a 12 week schedule for a typical Skunk type such as Cheese or Psychosis would give something along these lines:

Veg week 1: 3 - 1 - 2
Veg week 2: 3 - 1 - 2
Flo week 1 : 3 - 1 - 2
Flo week 2 : 3 - 1 - 2
Flo week 3 : 1 - 1 - 2
Flo week 4 : 1 - 1 - 2
Flo week 5 : 1 - 1 - 2
Flo week 6 : 1 - 1 - 2
Flo week 7 : 0 - 1 - 2
Flo week 8 : 0 - 1 - 2
Flo week 9 : 0 - 0 - 0
Flo week 10: 0 - 0 - 0

Then you get the opinion that the ratio doesn't need to change if you are using a complete nutrient formula like Jack's, maxibloom, dyna grow, etc....
So what should I do? Seems the purpose of using a 3 part system is so that you can fine tune your feed right? Or just use the proven ratio that Jack's recomends? I would love to hear from some master growers. I know renfro uses gh, I am always interested in his opinion. Man knows his shit.

if your still available i was wondering about this I just started using the Alaskan Fish Emulsion i am at 5-1-1 can I go higher with this to 10-2-2 or 15-3-3?

I use jacks classic blossom booster 1-3-2 for flower and sometimes give flower fuel too and have fantastic results.

1-3-2 results on autos on the right hand side of tent...
