Best design for legal outdoor grow?

I want to do my first outdoor grow next year and curious what people have found to be the most effective route, taking into mind the new guidelines. I don't have neighbor issues, and plenty of space.

Consider running electric to your GH for fans and a dehumidifier.

I want one, just don't know if the "sky gods" (lol) will allow it. If any popo steps foot on my property, because they want to see my private bidness, it/they will be thrown into the dry-mote containing snapping dobermans. So if I taser them first, does it mean i'm being difficult or uncooperative? Perhaps having a GH won't be a big neon, come-visit-my-herb-garden, sign. maybe it depends on the county and if the neighbors decide to call. I want one these more than that Camaro I should of never had when I was 16. First I'll get my dobie, second I'll consult w the sky-g's. the whole project can be done in style for 4,999$.

Has anyone in Michigan ever had their outdoor buds tested? Do any of the testing facilities in Michigan note if the product was outdoor or greenhouse grown? Can I go a step further and ask if anyone in Northern Michigan or better yet da UP had greenhouse buds tested?

I am with Abe, Security would be taken to that upper level.
It would be like a huge tweeker tip-up. Them sonzabitches better not let me see any flags.

a key to a productive greenhouse would be to have automated black-out screens to induce 12/12, so you can flower early in the summer and a second time in fall. I'd consider a few supplemental lights for overcast days. You can have kickass herb from a GH, even in the UP. I just can't have everyone know I'm a med farmer... you know how word travels in a small town. Man I don't want to miss the 2013 outdoor season, just don't believe it would be that prudent at my current location.

I dream of a giant greenhouse with lights! Someone should design a good one way glass that lets light in but not out. Or if they already have it let me know? If I ever build a house I want an A frame with one half of the interior living space to be greenhouse! Eating breast at the same table I grew it, now thats fresh!

i've been thinking about putting 1 monster on my roof and let it veg all summer and harvest in the fall, but like everyone else stated, it's hard to hide that kind of grow from nieghbors. if you are in a rural area than absolutely go for an outside grow. I would love to not have to pay $500 each month in electric bills...

Zdub7k, has a good thread going at icmag with a U.P. G.H. grow. It has peaked my interest.

I just went through a 10 page thread of his. That looks very easy and I am extremely impressed with the results.
Sucks rippers got him too.
What area of the UP is he in, do you know?

No, I just remember U.P. from somewhere in one of his posts. Do you know if MI has any canopy size restrictions? I am planning on reading through the new bills somtime soon.

The thought of 72 GH monsters is giving me a chub though.

I am lost on GH grows. If you ask here it causes a fight. lol.
72. That dude really kicked ass having 12 per greenhouse.

I found this picture posted in that thread and it is much more along the lines
of what I had in mind.

that southern exposure solarium is a beauty. understated and secure. i'd try to make it at least two 8' panel lengths wide, so 16 x 40, or phatter. wondering what type of flooring would be best for this particular enclosed porch/GH. this design is so much more subtle than a freestanding building. kinda like big tacos vision, living w indo. thanks for posting pic.

(just startled a gathering of deer sleeping in my yard by measuring the side of house just now, lol. I could nearly smell them thinking, "wtf")
