I'm hooked on 2K Sports' College Hoops (ps3). Career coach mode.

Also Civilization 4 with the 'Beyond the sword' expansion pack for the pc. I got it when it came out in 2006 and I still can't stop playing it. I hear Civ 5 is coming soon.
