Well the BKRs have bigger fan leaves and the trunks look fatter. The Berrys have more smaller bud sights (I forgot to trim up the Berry Ryders down low before the pic) Oh well. They sure are different.

I like it all.

So here is my first exciting seed project done. BKR seeds. This is the AKR dusted with Berry Ryder pollen then left and forgotten to rot. It has been sitting in the corner.........Ya it's been sitting in the corner dry as hell full of seeds. Just the way I wanted it.

And BKR seeds. This is about 1/4 of the above plant. My back started aching. I'll finish up tomorrow. All fems.

Congrats on your breeding success! Making your own seeds is one of the coolest aspects of plant cultivation.

curios about the taste,potency and aroma of that vine cured bud did you smoke any of it?

congrats on the seeds btw they look lovely :)

i think riddle me has a method called brown bush or something like that ..... you pour boiling water over the roots to kill the plant then let it dry up in the pot

yes! thats what I was thinking of when I saw those vine fermented buds lol
I remember reading on a thread about the myth of flushing how the boiling water thing actually DOES something so I was curious for first hand accounts ;)

might try that myself.

it just kills the roots so they stop uptaking nutes and water also sterilizes your growing medium if you reuse it ...... ive tried it not much difference it does seem to be a bit stickier ........ but i cant really judge with auto's would have to run from clone to really be able to tell .......... i honestly dont even remember that i posted about brown bushing ....... that pinkie pie oil had me in zombie mode ...... insomnia been kickin my ass lately so i been getting crazy high to make up for the lack of sleep and i cant remember shit half the time

@HighLowGrow you smoked any of the sour 60 yet ? I have about 2 grams of sour 60 iso i cant hardly smoke it ...... it gets me too wired start geeking out and twitching and shit ..... interested to see how the berries are gonna turn out they seem really sativa....
and another random question what kind of finish height you get from them normally .... trying to keep my canopy even with the haze it just got transplanted into almost 10 gal's ...... stole blackjesus's idea he used with the buckets and bags but i took some garden cloth and made a bottomless fabric pot and just stuck it down in the tub

@bf80255 No I haven't tried any of the bud that is seeded (yet). I am saving it though. Will be trying qwiso and the freezer method.

@tekdc911 Haven't tried the Sour60. It's still growing.

I just measured the Berry Ryders, BKRs, and the AKRs. They are all in 1 gallon grow bags with FFOF. From the floor to the top of plants, all are between 32" and 36".

The two BKRs are at 36". Pistils are coming in very slowly on both.

The two Berry Ryders are at 32". Chunky balls of pistils. Smells really good.

AKRs are in the middle.

Didn't even measure the Sour60. This is the smallest auto I have ever grown. Smells really really good.

If I remember, I'll take a few pics in a bit. Gotta load my jerky on the trays and get it drying.

well damn if your getting 3' out of a 1 gal im kinda scared at what im gonna be looking at in 3 gal's

ill measure some later ..... i did try pinching and defoliating one to compare at the end


.... edit the haze is at 38" from the floor so i should be fine ...... just noticed the 1 gal's i have are taller then the 3 gal's o_O :D

I think that's the "trick" to the sour60 is that its a tiny auto, every log Ive read on them say they are small. makes sense since smaller plants tend to finish faster must have been what the breeder was aiming for :/

in some of the older threads i was reading mdanzig was saying he would water with ice water for the final 2 weeks is how they finished in 60 days :confused:
