it worked in Portugal, if it works in Belize more countries and states will start to see the sense in it.

I mentioned Portugal because we have 10 year data on it already. Hopefully Mexico shows the same success and people will come to realize how damaging prohibition is. Cartels say booooo legalization, that should be our first clue.
