Beginner grower outdoor Jumbo grizzly

Hi I'm new to the world of growing outdoors and was wondering what soil I should use to grow Jumbo or white grizzly. I want to go as organic as possible because I smoked organic blueberry skunk and that shit plain totes ma goats and apparently is the best for you and gives the best yeild. I'm planning on doing 6 plants planted in various areas that i have already selected. I'm wondering about organic liquid fertilizers and what soil i should use. I have well composted soil from my huuuuge compost in my back yard im guessing I can mix this with some light organic potting soil such as miracle grow paired with some worm casings and I should be alright. My location is southern ontario in between Ottawa and Toronto and the grizzly strain from kootenay mountain seeds looks like it would be my best bet. Also cloning and indoor seed planting and growth under a fluorescent lightbulb isnt an option. So i was thinking about buying a plastic growbox germinating the seeds and planting them in small containers outside and then transplanting the seedlings in my spot in my disclosed outdoor location :-P in a large planting pot buried in the ground. Im also planning on putting a chicken wire fence around my vegetation and spreading human hair and salt around the stem to protect from slugs and such. Im looking for any suggestions or critisism you may have all is appreciated. Im looking to get my soil and fert at home depot / rona or anywhere that has a good price for these things. Im also seeking suggestions for harvesting and drying as i do not have a car and cannot leave my harvest out in the open in my house as I live with my family. Im new to this foru
but Im sure youll have some great suggestions.I will be posting pictures of my plants every week from seed to harvest. Thanks.
