my local feed store has 25 & 50 lb sacks of beet pulp in shredded & pellet form. when questioned about adding to the garden the sales rep didnt know anything but that its used for feed. from the little knowledge i have, the beet pulp is the left overs from the extraction process of sugars & molasses. now what i want to know is if anyone has more experience, or detailed info when adding it to the garden or compost or what if anything beneficial..
