Well....we are moved and I am back to growing, with my best set up yet..IMO. My ebb & flow tables had to go to the dump when we moved, because I did not have time to clean them, and after the root rot, well...it just wasn't worth it to keep 'em. I fucked up and let it spread, and out of 13 plants I got 11 ounces...WTF!!! Root rot is a bitch.
Anyway...I now have a set up in a bedroom....the whole room is mine to use....14'x12'.
I just set up a 600w and a 400w MH over 10 bubble buckets, because all I had was 14 good seeds (10 California Orange and 4 Northern Lights) and 9 COB and 1 NL sprouted.
The problem is this.....seeds sprouted, in rockwool under 2 42w CFL's, 24/0,on 1-6, and on 1-12 I felt that ther roots showing were enough, and they all had good first leaf sets, so I put them into the buckets under the HID's......38" from light to plant.
I filled 8 buckets with pH 5.8 water and 25mL 35% H2O2. I filled 2 buckets with AN organic nutes I want to use up (not liking organic at all) at pH 5.6.
I put the water level 1" below the pots with 2 airstones....alot of bubbles and hydroton misted well.
After 24 hours, one of the plants in the organic had it's second leaf set.....the rest still their first.
After 3 days.....the organic plant was on leaf set 4, and had 3 or 4 roots well into the water. TAKING OFF LIKE A MO FO!!!
Now it is day 10 since they went into the buckets. The one organic plant is AWESOME....roots are crazy....hanging into water, and sending little feelers out everywhere. Like I have read DWC does. It is organic, but the other organic isn't growing like this, so I doubt it is that.
The other 9 plants are still little sprouts. They are still on their first leaf set...or just starting #2. Two of them have tiny roots starting to peak out of the bottom of the net pots, but nothing like the other plant. I pulled the cubes out of the hydroton, and there is several 2 to 3"roots coming out of the rockwool starter cubes, but not going into the water. Plus, as I said, plants are very little and sproutlike.
Any idea what I can be doing wrong?? Why are they not "taking off" like the other one???

Temps in grow room are ~68 lights out/81 to 83 lights on. Humidity is 35%to 50% throughout the day. Water temp is between 68 and 74.
