Battle of the clones:Girl Scout Cookies

Trying to find a good/real GSC Clone. It all started when I picked up a Girl Scout cookie clone from Drs Order a cutting from the company Real California Clones (could find no information about them online) I learned here that dark heart nursery has the platinum cookies. So I picked up two of those at River City Phoenix in Sacramento. It didn't stop there; Berkley's patient group had a GSC clone from a company Queen Bee. I figured pit all three against each other and choose a winner.

First impressions:

Real California Clones (RCC)-

Got this clone from doctors orders. Bud Tender was rude and unknowledgeable which wasn't surprising. He was unable to tell me anything about the clone except the company they got it from and that it was Girl Scout Cookies. I wasn't aloud to touch the clones so I just told him pick one with a good amount of roots. As I was walking out I immediately noticed signs of pest infestation. When I got home I gave it a neem treatment And another 3 days later and one more tonight. it was also sprayed with habanero spray twice during that time. Today it was transplanted in a larger pot and the roots looked well established. The roots are far more developed than its counterparts to be fair the clone is a few days older

Dark Heart Nursery(DHN)-

I got two of the DHN GSC clones from rcp I also grabbed several other strains but that will be separate log. These clones are from the "heartlet" line. All that means is they are smaller than the "premium" line. Although they are the smaller version these clones are about the same size as the other company. Pretty standared as far as clones go. The root development was average/below average. Nice healthy clones for the most part no bugs or disease. Fan leafs are a little droopy but overall I can't complain.

Purple City Genetics(PCG)-

Probably the best looking clone of the bunch. Leaves pointing straight up to the lights just like any hungry happy plant. The roots where about the same as dark heart maybe 20% more. I like the looks of this guy.. It seems to have more modes closer together but with clones there isnt much to go on so i cant really compare structure yet.

THE GAME PLAN-
Clone each plant as soon as possible. Once clones are fully rooted plant in 6"x 6" square pots put them directly under 1000 watt metal halide in the veg/mom room for a week. After a week of root development and adjusting to new pots they will go directly to the flower room under a 1000 watt hps light. 60-70 days later harvest. I will cure for one week (although the full cure will be 3 weeks) before choosing the winner.

Nutrient Regiment
General hydroponics flora nova bloom with calmag to supplement the RO water. Also biweekly feedings of molasses and vermifire tea. No other additives with be used. I don't believe in overloading a new strain with additives until it's been grown at least once.

Pest prevention:
Weekly neem oil sprays combined with thoroughly inspecting twice a week. More aggressive if needed.

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!

After transplant and neem oil dunk

You should label them all by names like 'samoa', 'shortbread', 'thin mint', etc., lol

Cool idea, interested to see how it comes out

Do not, I repeat DO NOT top your DHN Plat GSC! She dont like it. She is already a very, very slow girl (the slowest plant I have ever grown) and topping brings her growth down to a crawl.

I have grown her a few times, this was my mother that I made the mistake of topping, took almost 4 months in veg to get her the same size that usually takes a month for most other strains.

Be patient with your DHN cut. She can be very finicky, light feeder, and make sure your PH is good.

Your GSC from PCG looks like it is the forum cut. Once she vegs out for a bit you should be able to tell for sure.

This is a pic of my Forum cut, notice the large broad leaves. Def resembles your cut from PCG

I know this is an older response but yes it is. I'm running it now, friends have run it before and there a ton of stuff on the internet on the PCG Cup Cookies aka GSC
Got this pcg cookies yesterday. I don't remember my other cookies cuts having such thin leaves, especially near the petiole. I did see some images elsewhere on the web that indicated the thin leaf cut may be the forum cut though, so maybe it is what it's supposed to be. Do you remember what your PCG cookies looked like?
