Barney's Farm

So I'm currently growing Super Lemon Haze, Purple Kush, and Platinum OG Kush. Looking to add 2 new strains, possibly replacing purple kush with one, for a total of 4 strains. I'm wanting to find at least one strain that is excellent for SOG in a 15site, 45 gal res under 400w(2 of these setups). Obviously looking for a short, dense, single cola strain. The other strain will likely be going in my Scrog. I want to stay with Barney's Farm for this order as they have a good reputation and have a couple strains I want to try out. My thoughts on the SOG was Vanilla Kush and I was wanting to add Pineapple Chunk. I'm not seeing more and more grows of PC that are showing sativa phenos, I'm more looking for an indica. The last strains to catch my eye was their blue cheese or crimea blue, I've been wanting to try a cheese and a blueberry strain, and these are interesting me. I can't find too much info about them though, anyone have any thoughts?

Bareny's Farm: Violator Kush looks and sounds savage! Also, their Tangerine Dream won the 2010 cannabis cup...so that might be another strain worth looking at.

BLZ bud lovely in a sog, I know it's not a Barney's strain, I don't stick to one breeder...

Pineapple chunk, new grows tend be more along the indica line, perhaps the kinks have been worked out, I gotta say its one of the better stains I have come across on whim especially with yield in mind too, there is a long discussion in this forum about it.

Well, I have grown both pineapple chunk and vanilla kush, both had problems. The vanilla kush hermied, and the pineapple chunk just didnt work out for me. The super lemon haze however I have kept going, I love it. Also had issues with their acapulco gold and sweet tooth. I think its just me perhaps, but have grown them all alongside other strains (many of them) that I had NO problem with....

I have been growing the pineapple chunk and have been very happy.. 10/10 seeds popped, all females... 7 out of 10 very sativa, 2 indica leaning and 1 very indica... I am impressed how fast they flower and the size of the buds... They smell awsome at week 3 and plain stink at week 5 and 6... They don't finish as fast as they claim, but they are included in every grow...

barney's farm isn't my favorite breeder, but when i do grow Barney's farm, i make sure its Dos equis.

Heres my latest BLZ bud SOG grow. 1 week into 12/12. All 12 beans popped and all 12 feminized seeds are showing up as ladies. No signs of pesky males/hermies yet.

Wow, you must have gotten really lucky. Tangerine Dream is the worst strain I have ever grown. I will never grow it again or any thing from Barney's Farm. After reading tons of grow reports/smoke reports I am far from alone in that assessment about TD. It just sucks.

search the grow journals, you will find a lot of growers having shit grows with Barney's gear, I had zero germination of 2 packs of seeds, so I have no experience growing them, because I moved on to seeds that actually sprout.
