Barney's farm: Pineapple Chunk

So, when i was choosing what to order , i kind of couldn't miss the pineapple chunk due to it's magnificent THC % , so i decided to take one seed and give ti a go (http://original-ssc.com/pineapple-chunk-seeds-barneys-farm.html)
It sprouted without any problems, but then the funny things started happening - first, the leafs were like 3x smaller then on the other plants, and second, they were all wrinkly and totally strange. Second, when the others plants reached 1m + in size, pineapple was like 20 cm. So i decided to keep in on my balcony instead of putting it in the woods like my other plants, curious will the plant even produce flowers. In the next months, plant went up for no more then 10 cm, while my outdoor plants became 2m+ monsters - and then, in no more then 3 weeks, something happened and the plant stretched for like 1.20m with numerous side branched popping out like crazy! I didn't changed anything considering nutrient input, it just started growing by itself. And it looked funny since the biggest fan leaf on the plant didn't grow much bigger then 5cm. It started flowering in september, when some of the other plants were already finished, and during the process it somehow topped itself. Flowering took forever (indica my ass) with smallest flowers i ever saw, and with unimaginable sour stench that was just impossible to handle. I had to take it down when snow started, and I'm sure that it could go for another 3 weeks without problems since flowers looked completely unfinished. And here comes the funniest part - after drying and curing, i got some funny, small, fluffy and almost black buds covered in frost, and it was clear that it was the most curios smoke ever - some crazy ass hibrid high that is hard to describe, but man the potency was insane (i felt like i want to sleep and climb a mountain in the same time)! There was around 90g of dried weed, and all of my fiends say that it's by far the weirdest (and on of the best) smoke they ever tried.
I was uncertain should i write the report or not, since the plant was completely of the charts and had nothing to do with the pineapple chunk described by barneys farm, but i'm kind of interested did any of you had any similar experience with this strain?

I'm impressed with your final results, more happy that you enjoyed your smoke. That grow sounds typical for barneys. Barney is a sells man. They might be the best at attitude and have incredible descriptions but in the real world it's a completely different story. They probably do have some nice stuff like they claim, but it's far from consistent.

i grew out pineapple chunk, pretty good overall and it was one of the quickest flowering ones, i cut them at 9 weeks. Good smoke too, all the nuggs went orange in the jar. Maybe i jus hit the pheno jackpot.

I'm growing one now nd she is nothing but problems. All my other plants are awsome but that one all I can hope for is she finishes before she dies. Hopefully my critical kush from them is nothing like this. If it is I'm never growing their beans again

That would be a logical decision.

I've grown a five pack and they all were as you described. I didn't get a black pheno though, mine were a creamy purple/pink. Beautiful, flavor was sour but sucked and the high was terrible for a 12 weeker. Fuck Barneys
