Ballpark yield estimate?

Sorry but... Lstn? Yea in Jorge Cervantes' book he says "removing large healthy leaves to allow light to Penetrate to lower buds is crazy! It may increase light exposure to those buds but at the same time it stresses the plant and diminishes yield. Only remove leaves with 50% or more damage" I'm not sure if he's right but he's got a hell of a lot of experience so I'll refrain just in case. I'm going to bend her over slowly day by day in order to let her leaves adjust and get a 1k Watt light to add.... Thanks for all the help peeps... Glad I found this out before she got too much higher. I pruned her about 1.5' ago so there's two main stems towards the top which slowed upward growth alot but probably not enough.

That sounds good.
LSTn=light stress training.Like adding stakes to tie branches over where light
can penetrate,is one use.Like I did here.Helps support the weight of the colas also,this 1 was @ week 5.

Awesome. Beautiful plants you have sir. I'll post a pic once she's all the way bent over with an additional light. May have to swap my electrical box breaker out for a larger one with 2 hid lights, two fan's, two smaller lights for clones, and a portable air conditioner all in one room. And it's 110 outside so the a/c is workin!

Lol, you made me giggle! I think bending her over is a great idea (still giggling). Yeah, your leaves will turn towards the light in a few hours. Its kinda kewl watching the outdoor girls turn from west to east in the mornings when the sun comes up, then slowly turning west throughout the day. Kinda like a sunflower.

Haha I have a light meter and under the 600 at my canopy it's 30 to 40k lux. Sunlight..... 130k.... Makes me wonder how anything we grow under lights even compares.... Although I've never measured a 1000w.

Here she is partially bent over under my new 1k Watt hortilux and XL hood. I put the 4ft ruler there for reference. It's now about 80,000 lux at the canopy.

Pinch pinch .............. S /C .......lower light to reach the bottom since you dont wanna cut the parts off that are gonna be IMO
useless.

As another has said, you should def lst next time for something that large, there will be alot of light waste on the bottom half of the plant, and because of that the yield will be probably around 30-50% less than what could had been achieved. Otherwise though the plant looks nice, and I would imagine (depending on strain and all) 5-8 oz which could had been brought up significantly more.

I would have left it the way it was and lolli popped it the bottom half and taken cuttings just in case if it turns out killa.

Ive been doing this a long time my personal opinion is you would get 3 to 4 ounces of good buds and plenty of hash from the bottom.. but then again idk the genetics so who knows..

Im shooting for a pound on this girl and she is under a 600... root bound in a 25 gallon pot.. 100% organic
