Ballast went out Need advice!!!?!!!

Ok....so I am out of town and having someone tend to my secret garden. 4 - Bagseed 2 weeks into flowering. 400 HPS electronic ballast will not start up the 400 hps bulb...flashes and then nothing. So I will not be back to deal with this until Sunday. Any advice on what to do? Will they be ok in the dark or should I try to arrange for some weak light until I can get back? Here are some pictures taken a day before the light went out....sorry for the quality.

Well if you dont have any light from the ballast Id say at least try to get a few shop lights over them for the 12/12 so they dont die..Where was the ballast from? I known htg has issues wit thiers as thier bulbs dont last in thier ballasts

Thanks for the reply - I bought the ballast from a guy on ebay (not htg)...galaxy I think. I will get some CFLs on them...only have the 6500k laying around. How do think this will affect the flowering cycle that just barley started?

Fuck---Forgot the reason I started writing. I got some CFL put on them on the 12/12. I will try and get the HPS going when I get back. Hopefully didn't mess with them too much...also just in case anyone was wondering - I had the nutes thinned out as I noticed the burn in the pics.
