Funny I see this thread... I made my first batch of canna butter yesterday and used it today to bake some space cookies!

I had a sick bubba kush plant dying so I had to chop at week 6... It gave me 40g dry and I used all of it to make 2 cups of some canna butter.

That's the recipe I used... Only difference is replace butter with canna butter obviously and instead of using 1 cup of chopped walnuts I used 1 cup of sweetened coconut!

Sounds great! How did they turn out with the coconut? i ask only because I think coconut is supposed to help keep baked goods moist.
