Bailwahs first seed Pure ak female seeds

Hi there riu and peace from the uk, this is my first try at growing so mistakes are expected and o boy have they been made! haha
ive already learnt loads and hopefully this will be the first of many

being smoking since i was young but in the past couple of years being heavly researching into growing
ive always wanted to grow 100% organically or as close as you can get indoors with artificial lights.

Any comments welcome good or bad thanks

so my space is a 3ft by 3 1/2ft
small pc fan for intake
6 inch fan connected to ducting for exhaust (attached to home made carbon filter)
pot is 10l (2.2 gal) bogo standard from homeb

soil mix was a bio bizz all mix base with the following amendments added
kelp meal
blood bone meal (fish)
dolomite lime
bat gunao high p for flower

^^^ however this above mix im considering redundant as ive completely messed up the amounts and badly burnt my girl . as you can see in the pictures
so will be making up a sub supersoil mix (looove the weed nerd) as soon as i can afford.

ligts for veg are
3x 45w cfl blue spec
flower are
2x 45w red cfl + 1 125w cfl

read loads about cfls vs hps/hid and decided to see what cfls did for me if im not happy with results ( ie airy fluffy buds with poor resin production) ill have to get a hid just dont know if my space would allow it.

so enough of boring specs here she is........

buds are starting to develop now

also came home to two things today one was true living organics the other......
my most developed bud so far had had being resting on light when i was at college all day
damage can be seen in pics sorry for poor quality of them still using laptop

only a 125 cfl but they do burn when she gets that close haha

better pics this time using a digi cam shes really getting there now

got home to find my exhaust disconnected and my temps at 105f nearly cried after what happened the other day. this is asking for a herm

Anyone know why this might happen just one leaf blade is drooping the others look ok

also quick shot of some stem damage must of happened when tying down as stalks arent as flexi now

Not bad for a first grow. Pure AK is nice, looks like you've done pretty good feeding her, I've found she can be fairly hungry for nitrogen even up to mid flower.

lucky me also i didnt let my soil cook for long enough and came home one day to pot being very hot to touch so really am amazed shes still going lol

day 52 now getting closer
shes looking good the soil mix was a total fuk up so probably wont taste the best, but not bad for a first try

getting my all the ingredients for a proper batch of some super soil soon as i can afford
going to go very easy with amendments next time i think i have calculated everything correctly as subcools mix is obviously for a much larger scale grow

also being trying to get my head around nugbuckets main-lining, awsome technique, and i think i can mange it so that's my sort of plan for next run
seeds will be different still learning so not diving into any tga/dna seeds yet theyl be some more female seed co seeds white widow x big bud

anyways enough babbling heres some recent pics

and shes down day 62 i possible could of left her longer but was paranoid about to many amber trichs, just finished the trimming, knackerd off to bed
pics to follow tomorrow if i can find a decent camera

so a bit disappointed with the final yield but then again it was my first attempt and the soil mix was completely off which will of killed my yield
so should be better next time planted my wwxbb athoer day and will be starting journal of her when she pops up.

not much but stil better than paying 20 hard earned pounds for as low as 1.7g, of bog weed, sometimes

also made a few changes to my cab for my next go
it went from the cluttered mess with books and that ugly obvious piping
(Try and look past the budding plant haha)
to this with much m ore space just need another exhaust fan and find some way of mounting my third light (as will be trying a ML grow so wont need side lighting), and my next plant will love it in there

sorry mate i just noticed your post.

everything went wrong with this grow so it wast a great smoke at all, i grew it organically so it burned clean, but the dry was shit and it was over fertilized
but thats not to say it cant produce some nice smoke im sure it can, i just fooked up majorly on every step haha.

i don't have any exp with any other strains...... but a lot of people seem to think its a very leafy strain (leaf to calyx ratio) so id maybe do some more research, but for 20 quid for 4 seeds you cant really complain.
But i am sure its no where near the best genetics out there haha

I guess it really depends on what you are after hope this helps sorry for the late reply mate
