bagseed is garbage.

My first grow was bag seed 10 seeds. all sprouted and I ended up with 6 females and it was the dankest shit Ive grown. comparable to some of the best "purchased" seeds that I have usedI love bag seed myself.
For setting up new grow rooms, testing nutes, lighting, grow style, oder control, ventilation, heat control, humidity control, or just plain learning in general.... bag seed is the effective way to go.
Okay, maybe it isn't the super duper. But for free (sorta) and one not really knowing what is what in growing, how can it be bad?
I'd rather burn / kill / mold / stunt / hermie a bag seed than a $10 - $100 "real" seed anyday.
Instead of "bag seeds", could we just call them learner seeds?
When doing an experiment I'd much rather use a learner clone from a learner seed than the Big $ prized seed.
Besides, what's the bad? Need to smoke twice as much to get the job done? 2 X 0 = 0($). Works for me.
I've had some killer weed come out of experimenting with these learner seeds.
Besides, think about it. A good grade commercial bag will generally have good grade commercial seed. What's wrong with that? The learning curve can be difficult sometimes. Why waste good money on top seed when your grow techniques scream, "HELP!"

If this is true then how come out of the last batch of bagseed i got 10 seeds,9 were female , 1 died
prior bagseed grow was 5 and 1 male and 4 females, sorry but your wrong. But again if u buy shitty weed u grow shitty weed lol

I have to go take a photo of my little bag seed. Only 3 weeks or so old. Theres no way in hell im going to tare her down. Found a little pre flower this morning.

Ok so my question hasnt been answered. This fool is saying bagseed is garbage but I assume the bag he got it out of wasnt free so I ask again, The weed was good enough to buy and smoke but to plant the seed from the bag and get a couple zips for less money than you paid for the bag is silly?

Urban grower, plants top shelf, grows haphazardly because he's not wanting to leave much trail or be seen.
Goes in oneday, gets nervouse. Grabs some friends and says, HELP! I need to pull it fast. And into the bag and your pocket it goes. Poorly maintained, polinated, seeded, no cure, improper dry, harvested at wrong time, etc. Smoke is so-so because of this.
But you take them bag seeds, lavish loving care, feed well, and harvest to the tric colors. Perform a (comparatively) near perfect dry and cure.
Any ideas what your results could be when compared to the original bag stuff?

This is the first day it has been given nutes, because i screwed up my diary and skipped a week. Appart form that its a super healthy super green super everything. Best of all it was 100% free. And came out of a bag of weed 2 years ago. Its been rolling round a mates house since. I never even germed this one just threw it in a spare pot. I can't think of a bag of weed that was that bad that was paid for isn't worth growing out a seed you got for free.
