bag seeds are ok you just have to weed through a few plants to get to a good one.
good genetics are stabilized and with these seeds you know what your getting.

slow growing plants could be from lots of things just observe the basics.
Light,Temp,Water, nutes. even how well your soil drains will determine how fast your plant grows. or it coould be the strain best thing to do is get a few grows under your belt and observe every change you make to your garden and go with what works best for your environment.

Overfiend has given you some sage advice.

You don't have autoflowering. Commercial breeders don't buy autoflowering strains for low grade weed. They already have thousands of seeds they have kept from previous harvests so there is no need to waste the money.

Also you can almost bet on it that crap weed was grown outdoors and autoflower seeds were specifically invented for indoor growers. I think it can be argued that they were created for the novice grower to make growing as easy as possible.

I let the plant veg until it is 1/2 -2/3 the size i want it to be my room is small so i let the only get about 1'- 1' 1/2 tall then i put them into flower. a few weeks into flower and the plants go for their final stretch and spread out about 1/3 of their size and start putting on buds this last stretch seems to help support big buds. from seed you might have to wait a few months to reach the desired hight.

i find drainage to be one of the most important things if i have a few pots that i diddnt put enough perlite in or just has some heavy soil it directly effects how well the plant grows.the quicker the soil dries the quicker you can water/feed again the quicker your plant will use the food. the faster & bigger the buds will develop
