image.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgimage.jpgOk so I randomly grew plants all over my yard note these are all bag seeds I have about 25 plants and the four that started showing sex are all female . Do female plants show sex first. Or am I just getting lucky with this or could they all be feminized. And on hermie plants will the female sex show first or both of them at the same time ?

Well yes.

they show sex around the same time, and you will be hard press to find someone who had a male and waited to see if it would hermi on them. So we only have experience with the female flowers showing sex first then male bit ruin the fun. Doubt they are feminized...highly doubt....no they arnt.

Not sure about a hermie never had one yet but if you treat the seedling right and its happy it has more chance of being female. I grew a total of 8 from seeds I got in different kush, and all of them were female. Everywhere on the internet it says you have a higher chance of getting male then female. And since all your plants are bagseed they will be different strains and therefore flower at different time too. So dont be worried you will probably have more females to come :)

Obviously when you have 2 choices, male or female , the odds are split 50/50 on it being either sex.
Usually males sex before females ime, and every other person I know of.. are you sure they're females as peeflowers can be pretty easy to mix up..

I'm a total guerrilla grower, that is ,I got a good spot, throw my seeds down, and cross my fingers, usually it's 60 to 70 percent female, although one year I had 80 percent males. I've never bought pre-sexed seeds, so I guess I've been pretty lucky

i was thinking that if a plant is stressed and hermies. then that pollen is female pollen therefore only produce fem seeds. Im about to start a little breeding project and thats what i understood about selfing. found a few seeds in some dank la woman i got tonight which im just about to pop, hoping for a male but dont think its possible

A seed is a seed?
If there is hermi in the bud, then why plant it?
If its a bud with a seed, then ... Hmmm?

The reason it hermied was because the plant was stressed, I don't know how but know it wasn't on purpose. This plant is this guys apparent pheno selection from a few and he has been cloning it for a while without a single hermie. So I guess he has either messed up on his wks or somerhing because seeds are fully formed with tiger stripes

I've read that because of methods of natural pollination, the ratio of F to M is actually 3:1 or 2:1.
Odds are you get more F than M. I planted 4 bagseeds this year and got all F.

i don't see no preflowers, but whatever. i popped 5 reg beans on7/25/13. males showed at 9/18/13. 1 died and 3 were males. that 1 female was very good for what it was, she survived all this shitty weather here in IL, with all the cold and rain. . fuckin beast... but, ya the ratio can be 1 way or the other, or very close to even. its all genetics. garbage in, garbage out.
