Bad Genetics or Heat/Water Stress?

Greetings fellow growers! I started my first grow ever on 7/1. I have done more online research than I care to calculate. I have purchased all of my equipment (just small flowering odds and ends left). I am on my way to a perpetual grow! I will be raising mothers in soil. Clones will be raised in an aeroponics system until they root. I will then flower them immediately for height constraint purpose, growing in a DWC setup with a 5 gal bucket per plant.

Here's my setup:

3 seeds, 2 from seedbank and 1 from bagseed.
Iced Grapefruit - Feminized
Burmese Kush - Feminized
Bagseed.... ?

All under highest lumen/watt CFLs I could find. Each is currently about 2 inches tall and 3 to 4 inches across. I had some small watering/light/heat stress issues early on but I have got the hang of that. I am currently running 2-23watt CFLs (1,300 lumens, 6,500 temp)each, with reflectors over each plant, which I will be increasing to 3/plant in a day or two.

I do have some questions though. After battling with temps, humidity and light balances, I think that I have things about right. One of my plants refuses to perk up though. My plants germed on 7/4 and sprouted around 7/6. Here are pics that I took today:

Here's the Iced Grapefruit at about 2 weeks from sprout. Had some small heat/light stress which burned a few edges. I also accidently nuted all 3 plants with 1100ppm for 1 watering, forgetting the natural nutes of the soil I just planted in. This will eventually be a mum for me.

Here is my Burmese Kush. Same story as Iced GF.

Here is my setup. This is VERY temporary and allows for easy access. Eventually, my veg room will be behind in the smaller crawl space you see faintly in the background.

Some pics of the plants in their lights:

But here's my problem:
The bagseed plant is VERY droopy, and has been since day one. It has been subjected to the same treatment as the others, but will not perk up. I think I should say here that I have watered thoroughly with 10ppm filtered water for about the last week, whenever the pots are light and dry. The leaves don't feel too dry or too mushy. When i kind of perk them up by hand, they stay up for a while - IOW, the leaves are staying stiff, just drooping down.

So I guess I am asking how they look all together? and.. What's wrong with the bagseed? Stress or bad genetics?

Don't give thT son bitch no water till it starts to take wilt then water it and see if it perks all the way up Def not heat stress I start my seedlings in my greenhouse with all my other veg (I'm a commercial tomatoe farmer) and if I don't raise the sides up on my greenhouse and it's really sunny outside in this Texas heat it nay be 110 on my wall thermometer in there and the plants look fine now when it gets to about 116 they start to lay down and i'm talkng about my herbals not just tomatoes so if it's not that hot around your plant i'd rule heat stress out as a factor. Is all your potting soil from the same bag? And it wasn't sitting somewhere some kinda chemcal couldve fell over and leaked into it? I've had this happen before and wasted 10,000 tomatoe seeds and never got a plant up.... What was in that container before you put that plant in it did you was it out good and was the soap out of it good as well air movent hmm. Just think of yourself sitting in your bedroom with no fresh air circulating have you ever just thought damn it's getting hard for me to breathe in here I haven't( I said room not closet or attic) and is that bagseed from some Mexican weed I doubt it's more humid at your house then where they grow those sativas should be intresting growing a Mexican sativa MY most potent mother plant is from a Equatorial sativa she knocks the socks off my widow and my g-13 and takes almost 24 weeks 12/12 to ripen. First I wouldn't water till she starts to wilt

I did have the lights down to about 1/4 inch away and all 3 plants showed stress. They were all drooping and getting burn marks on the edges. I KNOW that none of them touched, but they were all pretty close.

All the containers have the exact same MG moisture control potting mix. All 3 containers were washed in the dish washer and rinsed thoroughly. All have about 12 1/8th inch drainage holes. All 3 plants I have waited until very dry then watered until just dripping.

I know that humidity and temps vary a bit. :-| I have the door closed most of the day and then I notice that it's a bit muggy so I open the door. The room runs with a good sized floor fan pointed at the plants constantly. And the lights are 24/0. I just need a bit of electrical wire to finish off my fan and charcoal scrubber. Then I will have much better air flow. I didn't think it would be an issue this early with only 6 CFLs and 3 little plants.

Well I know that my water is PHed to about 6.3. Not sure about the PH of the MG soil. I know that it's about 21/10/14 for the nutes in the soil though. It says that it's time released nutes in the soil for up to 6 months. It advises to feed after 1 month. Just got a temp and humidity gauge and OUCH! Temps are drifting between 76 and 80 ambient, and up to 84F at dirt surface! I will be installing my vent system tonight. Previously I had a 16 inch fan just pointed at them constantly with the door cracked periodically. Will let you know how the temps and RH balance out. Right now avg temp of air is 79 and RH is 47%. Still droopin

Just transplanted to larger pots today. I saw a nice solid ring of white roots along the bottom of the containers. Thank goodness I transplanted in time while the roots were still healthy! Plants 1 and 2 are starting to perk up but the bagseed is still a bit down :(. I have watered thoroughly and am in the process of installing ventilation from the ceiling of the room to draw out warm air, and a second fan for circulation. PH tested the soil today and it is right at about 6, if not a tad higher. I should be good to go for temps, PH and nutes from here on out. Fingers crossed!

If anyone is still interested in reading this, it has become somewhat of a grow journal. Good info for any NEWB like me. Learn from my mistakes :).

Anyway... temps are steady at 80F at tops of plants which is pretty good. I would presume ambient air temp to be around 78F. I will improve this soon as well.
Humidity is a bit high at 48% but it's a basement so what can you do. I will have to solve this with proper in and out ducting as well.

Plants are looking perkier than they ever have! I hope the yellowing fades on the lower fan leaves though because they still look sad :(.

Veg room is moved to the back and I only hit my head twice! More pics to come....
