Back at it... kinda

Been a while since I started a journal here, but this was my first home. Also I’d like to journal because it helps keep me in check with my daily Grow room maintenance.

I’m using Nectar 4 soil with the Nectar for the Gods nutrient line.
Veg using a T5
Flowering under an old hps but i might spring for a nice DE soon before I flower this round.

I’m a sucker for popping seeds and had a bunch a odd beans from packs that needed popping.

Not sure what date I germinated these but it was early April for sure.

I’m getting back to it as well. Good luck at least you’re up and going with plants already I’m not there yet.

I do however have my seed stash with me and excited to start going through that. I am excited to start going through the seeds for my first two crosses. I had a couple good looking girls of the first cross at the last grow but that had to end abruptly so I didn’t get to finish.

I use Medusa’s Magic, Gaia Mania, Herculean Harvest , and Zeus Juice.

Here are some veg notes for both myself and everyone else. All my plants get topped in veg to allow for cloning and to allow me to observe if they do well topped, so these notes reflect every plant being topped unless noted otherwise. Also, all plants are given the same feeding amount. * placement of the plant in tent throws a curveball because I'm missing a t5 bulb so only using 3 bulbs and some plants get a tad bit less light. I try to remedy this by rotating.

Nitro Monkeys

• #4 Responds well to topping. Great node spacing. Have observed 2 inches of growth in 3 days so its fairly fast in veg. Stem rub is a Gassy, citrus, lime peel.
• #5 Responds okay to topping. Great node spacing. Have observed 1.5 inches of growth in 3 days which is great but not as fast as #4. Stem rub is musty body odor with a bit of gas. Not as loud as #4.
• #6 Responds okay with topping. Good node spacing. Observed 2 inches of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is almost an immediate Vapo Rub/ Gas with a musty body odor backend.
• #7 Responded extremely well to topping. Lowers have exploded with growth almost 3x any of the other 3 plants. This pheno had a weird leaf clawing that occurred in 3 consecutive nodes. Great tight node spacing. Observed 3 inches of growth in 3 days. She is the fastest of the 4. Stem rub was a slight sulfur with vapo rub and gas with a musty backend.

Landos Stash F2

• #1 Responds to topping okay. Kinda stretchy but nodes evened up a bit. 1.5 inches of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is the slightest melon with some citrus and earth.
• #2 Responds okay to topping. Kinda stretchy but nodes evened up as well. 2 inches of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is slightly gassy, kushy.
• #3 Slow to veg. Responds poorly to topping. 1.5 inches of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is the oddest almost non-existent melon but it is so refreshing and soothing.
• #4 Responded the best of the 5 Lando's to topping. Responds well to topping. 1.5 inches of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is a green, almost minty, pine.
• #5 Responds okay to topping. Shortest of the 5. 1 inch of growth in 3 days. Stem rub is the loudest of the 5, Mint, fuel and chem.

if you don’t mind can you break down what part of the nectar 4 gods line you are using what size pots etc. or did I miss that somewhere? I can’t wait to be up and running again been gathering gear as I find deals.

I’m running what they call the Spartan lineup. Gaia Mania, Medusa’s Magic, Zeus Juice, Herculean Harvest. I use the recommendation on their feeding schedule and they love it. You can see the microbial life in the reservoir after mixing and letting sit for a day or so.
They are currently in 1 gallon pots from solo cups and will probably finish in a 5 gallon pot.
All boring stuff really

These pics were taken today. I love the structure of these Lemon Larry crosses. The first two pics are of Lavender Daydream ( Lemon Larry Lavender x Sunshine Daydream). Hopefully I get a male and female so I can make some F2 to play with because these plants are so Lemony and funky. The last pic is of the Lemon Larry Lavender. This thing is going even more lemony and funky then the LDs. Of the three I really hope to be able to use this one to have a nice lemon kush in my collection.

I have my stash of Bodhi stuff still. Have never touched it yet. Gonna have to look and see if you recognize any of it. Plants look great. And no worries on the feeding regimen etc being boring the boring stuff is usually what works lol.

I found the details of the spartan regimen for the nutrients. My question is, how often do you feed? Every time you water ?

Absolutely every time. Now there are occasions in early veg where I may cut my remaining nutrients in the reservoir with water essentially giving my plants only half strength once or twice and they do ok but not as good as when they get full strength.
Short answer, feed every watering. They Love it!

I have a nice little list of Bodhi or Bodhi derived gear.I’llput a list up soon. I want to preserve some gear that is no longer available.

Been meaning to show this pheno of Lavender Daydream that topped itself as a seeding, twice! Lol
Then when I topped it myself it threw out three new growths instead of the usual 2.
Freaky.

Tent getting a little out of control lol. I’m going to have to get my other tent up and running for flower very soon.

Some Defoliation. Plan on taking clones soon to sex them. The only Feminized seed is the LVTK

Update
All plants have been sexed and cloned and females are now underneath a 600w HPS.

Of the Landos Stash we have 3 females all similar in structure and smell. I’m looking for nice branching and a tolerance to training. The #1 does both and has a solid kushy, earthy, sweet aroma.


The #3 struggled a lot with topping and has the same smell as the others along with a similar structure.

The #4 is the middle child. Not as fast as the #1 but nice nonetheless with a little bit of a deeper kush smell along the sweet earthiness.

Not really. With the lineup I have now things have been going really well. Haven’t seen any deficiencies yet. I prefer to keep it simple when it comes to nutrients. Wish I could do full out organic living soil but I don’t have time or space for that yet.

Of the Nitro Monkeys I found 1 female that seems to be have nice combination of traits from both parents so far. The nitro really added strength to the space monkey branching. It topped extremely well. The aromas from her are all mom. A sour/chem, fruity/tropical stank that is kind of offensive.
